But Balwant's behaviour has further added to that frustration.
A father/daughter or father-in-law/DIL scene usually makes me emotional.
But the Balwant/Veera scene had the complete opposite effect.
The way he was crying and begging infront of Veera and continously saying how shes his daughter BLA BLA
It was sickening to see.
Then compare that with the way he treated Baldev.
Will this man ever look beyond his prejudices against his OWN SON!
He never acted like a father towards him in his childhood and now he's repeating the same mistake all over again.
He always thought that discipline was the answer for Baldev's acts.
What about love & understanding?
Undermining your own son and placing your 'holier than thou' daughter-in-law & son-in-law on a pedestal CHEE!
Has he ever once sat Baldev down and tried to understand him?
He's partly to blame for Baldev's previous behaviour.
Theres only so much an individual can tolerate!
We all know that Baldev is going to withdraw his complaint :(
But if he apologises to that Mahaan Psycho Ranvi then its really going to break my heart, because once again it will be Baldev's defeat.
I agree with the majority of you that Balwant should pack his bags and go and live at SS house!
