LOOOL I dont see their relationship like that.

In most indian shows they often show the father-in-law having a good bond with the daughter-in-law.

But this is TOO much!

I think what the CVs are trying to show is that he's the only person who 'supports' her at her in-laws.

But then again who knows .🥱

Balwant has always been shown to be a coward and a biased individual, always favouring Ranvi & Veera over his own children.

As for Baldev's behaviour towards Veera, we have ALL said that was wrong and not justified.

But if she truly loves him then she would never have stood against him due to her 'Veerji's insistence in the first place.

What Baldev is doing now is merely a retaliation for all the pain he has suffered and all the times he's been wronged!!

Ditto! THIS is the result of months of abuse and MU he has suffered at the hands of SS family and even his own Father at times. The only times Balwant stood for him was during the Nihal murder case. But other than that? The rest of the rime 'Ranveera Jaap"! That is it! Even now, he NEVER once asked Veera "How come you are running against Baldev, you should give your relationship precedence over political beliefs or what your Brother says?" NO. Just encourage her pathetic actions!

Now THIS is the result! It's easy to blame Baldev, because he IS wrong! But WHY he is wrong? Why he did this? Always we have to not just look at actions, but also what "motivates" someone's actions! What is the reason? Iske piche "Waja" kya hain? I think we ALL know what it is! So that is why we don't support Veera, Balwant or her Mahaan parivar coz they take the giant share of the blame for this huge mess!

As for Balwant being justified? He has been a crap Father. He was never there for Chanchali, because he didnt want to lose his chance to do "O Rabba" with Bansuri ji! Then he didnt look closer at how Bansuri brain washed Gunjan into losing interest in studies...Again due to not wanting interruption to "O Rabba!". Now maybe these days his interest in O Rabba is a bit less so going against Bansuri Ji! So his whole stance is now hypocritical. He failed his two daughters miserably and his son and here he is trying to do so called "justice" to his daughter in law! Balwant have you not heard the statement "Charity begins at home?"

the best argument against Balwant is that, when Baldev was jailed...he didnt even once visited Ranvi asking him why he so confidently thinks that Baldev is the killer...he just accepted that since Ranvi says so, it must be right...

and now despite seeing how Ranvi beat Baldev, that too infront of Baldev's house, meaning Baldev didnt go to Ranvi, but Ranvi came to Baldev...still he is asking Baldev to withdraw the complaint...

he doesnt even have the capacity to judge what was more severe, Ranvi accusing Baldev for murder (which btw he didnt do, neither did Ranvi actually witness him doing) or Baldev getting Ranvi arrested for assaulting him, which Ranvi actually did do...

though i wont call his relation with Veera as incest...but its too much and unhealthy...but then again Balwant was never a strong person...he has always been that spineless guy...

inshort Veera is a show of too much unhealthy relations being idolized and is spending wrong message to the society

If a man who bears responsibility for destroying the childhoods of both of his daughters is justified...then going by that logic, Baldev destroying his wife's elections chances should count as nothing.🤣

everything is justified...Balwant destroying the childhood of both his daughters...Sampooran having a one night stand, despite being married...abandoning the infant when its mother died n it had nowhere to go...abandoning his own wife n kid...everything is justified...except anything that baldev does...

today he even told his father, that what not he did just to gain respect...but his father, andha insaan, cant see baldev's emotions...

and the precap...the Great Gunjan...didnt bat an eyelid when baldev was in jail...now goes running to baldev to free ranvi...

and did u see the way ratan was giving instructions to gunjan regarding ranvi...why dont she just place him in a crib n keep him up in the baby room...that way no one will hurt him...and people of PP will also breathe in relief 😆

I am actually pretty indifferent to Gunajn. What she does and doesn't do, doesn't bother me anymore.😆 While her moron of a husband, always gets my goat.😆

I haven't seen today's epi yet. But I am still not over the RatJan scene in the kitchen from an earlier ep this week..where Ratan was advising her to take care of herself while Ranvi is in jail.

even i dont care for her...but the way she stands up for her husband is praise worthy...a husband whose first priority is poking nose in Veera's life...if Veera had stood up in 50% of that for baldev...he wud have fought the whole world for her...m sure he wudve encouraged her to contest for sarpanch, saying that tu bane ya mai, baat toh ek hi hai...
