It was evening, and everyone were getting ready, they were invited to Balwants house for a family dinner. Veera was extra happy and couldnt decide what to wear.
Chaiji: Oho puttar, tune konsa rishta dekhne jana hai jo tayyar nahi ho parahi?
(Chaiji: Oho dear, you are not going to look for a guy that you are taking this long to get ready)
Veera: Chaiji aap bi na?
(Veera: Chaiji, what are you saying)
Chaiji: Kahi Baldev naal tennu pyar te nahi hogaya?
(Chaiji: What if you have fallen for Baldev?)
Veera became shocked. She just stood there with no expression on her face, was it that obvious that she liked Baldev? What would happen now? She would definetly get in trouble. She was mum, she couldnt say a thing.
Chaiji: Hayo Rabba, tennu ki hoya? Main mazak kar raiya
(Chaiji: Oh God, what happened to you? I was just joking)
Veera finally got a relief, and rolled her eyes. Chaiji laughed and went outside. Veera finally picked a dress and got ready. Everyone were standing downstairs.
Ranvi: Veera? Tayyar hai tu? Chale?
(Ranvi: Veera? Are you ready? Shall we go'?)
Veera nodded. They headed towards Balwants house. When they entered they were greeted by Baldev. Veera couldnt hold her laughter so she just looked away. They met Balwant and Bansuri, and then they all sat down on the dining table, and started eating.
Chaiji: Bansuri, waise khana bohot hi changa bana hai
(Chaiji: Bansuri, btw the food is really good)
Bansuri: Shukriya chaiji,
(Bansuri: Thanks chaiji)
Chaiji: Waise enna zada khana banaya hai tune, thaki nahi tu?
(Chaiji: Btw, how could you manage to make so much food, didnt you get tired?)
Bansuri: Kya karo main Chaiji, ab bas koi changi ji bahu mil jaye na
(Bansuri: What should i do Chaiji, now all i want is a good daughter-in-law)
Baldev and Veera looked at each other and smiled teasingly. Suddenly Veera got a call and went up and talked on the phone. Baldev kept looking at her, a little curious, a little insecure. When she came back he couldnt help but ask.
Baldev: Kon si?
(Baldev: Who was it?)
Everyone looked at him a little weirdly.
Veera: Wo, meri Delhi wali teacher ka phone tha, College-get-together party hai

Ranvi: Acha Veera, tu ghar jake na, packing karlena
(Ranvi: Okay Veera, when we go homw, pack your stuff)
Veera: Or veerji, uno ne ghar walo ko bhi bulaya hai
(Veera: And brother, they have also called the family)
Ranvi: Veera... subha to tere sath nahi aa pao ga main, shaam tak shaid asako
(Ranvi: Veera... i cant come in the morning, but i will try to come until the evening)
Balwant: Puttar, Baldev chala jaye ga na tere naal kall... Kyu baldev?

Baldev made a serious face, trying to stop the excitment from showing on his face.
