Baldev, Sarpanch track and my doubts - Page 6

The sarpanch track should be interesting because until now Ranvi has had no interest in running for Sarpanch or at least never expressed interest but Baldev has so how will he handle this? Will he fight Baldev or will he try to get out of it? It would be good to see them battling it out since being Sarpanch would be beneficial to either of them and would give their characters room to grow. It all depends on how the CVs handle this track, it seems we still have some time before the elections get underway so hopefully during this time the CVs hear fans out and get some ideas flowing.

I would love to see the fight between Ranvi and Baldev for the seat but Ratan somehow getting t seat in t end! 😊

Post leap, the track that I have awaited the most is the Sarpanch elections. Mainly because being a huge RanDev fan, I have always loved their clashes in childhood and hoped to see those clashes intensify when they grow up. And until recently, I have never been disappointed.

Sarpanch election was supposed to be a contest between two head-strong individuals, both who are sympathetic towards the villagers but have poles-apart ways to deal with them. But recently, both Ranvi and Baldev's characters have seen a major shift. Ranvi has become less confident and more spineless, while Baldev has become more like a clown, thanks to the two lovely ladies in their lives😆 I am hoping that both these characters are redeemed in this Sarpanch track. Ranvi is supposed to be naive but not blind. Baldev is supposed to be innocent not a joker.

I am majorly disappointed with the way Baldev's character is shaping out. Even though he is an irresponsible guy, we shouldn't forget that he was the one who organised MKC on his own Let that Baldev make a comeback now. Just to show the opponent more powerful, you cannot make an already powerful character weak. Make Ranvi's character powerful but not at the expense of Baldev.

Surjeet Singh needs to make a comeback because only he can bring that fiercely ambitious Baldev back. Only he can bring out the various layers in Baldev

I think I have pretty much the same doubts. To be honest, I think while the CV's have quite a sound concept in mind, they have a problem with its execution sometimes.
My major concern here is this- arent Ranvi and Baldev supposed to up against each other in the Sarpanch elections? If so, how is that going to be brought about since Ranvi is not that type neither are he and Baldev on fighting terms currently. And according to the precap, Ranvi refuses to take part which I think is going to be because he thinks Baldev will take part? OR is it that Baldev overhears his father brushing him off while trying to convince Ranvi to take part that fuels Baldev's anger?
I also have thing big confusion. Isnt Baldev supposed to be a character with a grey shade? I've never witnessed it, at least not post leap. With this track I'd love to see growth in Baldev's charater and even in Ranvi's since much is left to be explored in both of them.
wonder if I made sense. I have just joined Veera since the start of April and have no background knowledge on it and have missed some major tracks I suppose, so correct me if I am wrong.
