dear if you take a snap shot of this shawl and then safe it on your desktop and then go to google images and upload the image and it will tell you of all the places that sell or this shawl can be found.

I just did that and it gave me like 20 different places.

I thought the question was for me as I'm the newly christened chai ji of the forum 😆 but coming to your query, if you are in the UK and in London,then Southall has plenty of those dupatta things all over the market, u can also chk online on cbazaar or diyaonline😳...its a Punjabi thing btw...

Thats a very traditional Punjabi dupata called "Phulkari". Completely hand embroidered. Search for "Phulkari Dupata" and u'll find lot many websites selling those. They look very beautiful and graceful.
