Gayatri gives laddu to a little boy. He kisses her on cheek. She asks him to give her another kiss and gives him 2 laddus. The kid's mother comes there and chides him. She apologizes to Gayatri that her son is young and doesn't understand his limits. Rageshwari comes there and tells Gayatri that noone taught limit to her brother and her too and they need to learn it. Gayatri tells her that her bro. & she has a lot to learn like courtesy, etiquette and learn to lose too. She walks off. Rageshwari says defeat has taught her to never get defeated again. Guard Shersingh informs RM a stone-eyed man has come for party. RM goes to check but the man turns out to be a royal guest so she apologizes to him for inconvenience and welcomes with respect. She thinks that Sartaj's eye can cast an evil eye on RaGa & Ameerkot and she wont let him come here.
Gayatri does preparations for Aarti. She tells Survi about the family tradition where the Queen does Tilak on King's forehead on the New Year eve. and she does all preparations by herself only. Survi praises Gayatri for her efforts for her family and relationship. Gayatri says relationship has to be nurtured with care. She gives Aarti thali to Survi and goes to get some cotton for her too. Rageshwari comes to Survi and tells her that her brothers are calling her. Survi gets worried and scared and goes. Rageshwari holds Aarti thali and mixes acid (or some chemical) in Kumkum powder kept for tilak and says today Ranaji will also burn the same way like her brother burns with envy when he sees RaGa together.
Gayatri is about to take kumkum to do the tilak but Ranaji stops her and gives her a box containing the soil of Ameerkot. He says he wants his tilak to be done with the soil of his motherland as this soil is purer than any sandalwood paste. He is indebted to his motherland and has sworn to always protect his motherland. Everyone gets happy. Rageshwari gets frustrated. She thinks she cant lose; this will be the last night for Ranaji.
Survi tries to slit her wrist with knife but Gayatri stops her. Survi says noone understands her pain. Her brothers love her a lot and can do anything for her but they dont think about where her happiness lies. Her happiness lies with Kartik only. He isnt a prince but a commoner. He isnt rich but has a heart of gold. He can even sacrifice his life for her but for her brothers all this doesnt matter. She says Kartik is her life and how will she live w/o her life. Gayatri tells her the world doesn't understand love and love doesn't understand the world. Love doesnt consider a person's status and one's good or bad fortune depends on her/him only. She says she too isnt Rajput but a commoner but Ranaji and his family accepted her. She didnt get her love easily. Kartik at least loves Survi; Ranaji hated her but she didnt give up. She fought with her destiny in her life. Survi says she doesnt have the courage. Gayatri asks her to come with her. Survi's brothers are looking for her. They think that Survi shouldnt create any scene here for if she does, their family would be disgraced. Gayatri tells Survi that she has met her for the first time and doesnt know her well yet it feels as if she knows her since long. Ranaji considers her as his younger sister but she will regard her as her friend. She gives her idol of Durga Maa and says since childhood whenever there was any problem, Goddess has always shown her right path. She asks Survi to seek Durga Maa's guidance when she isnt able to understand life's courses as the Goddess will not only show her the right path but will also give her the strength to tread on that path. Survi's brothers come there. They want Survi to meet the prince of Almora but she says she doesnt want to meet any prince as she doesnt want to marry him. Gayatri tells Survi's brothers that they will take the decision keeping in mind Survi's best interests only but Survi too has a right on her own life. The brothers say that Survi is a child and doesnt understand whats good for her. Ranaji supports Gayatri and says that sometimes child doesnt understand the decision of elders is blessing but sometimes elders dont understand how good a decision youngers take for themselves. Looking at Gayatri he says when true love is there, no relationship is a mistake. RaGa look at each other and smile. Saawariya plays in BG. Rageshwari gets angry that RaGa have started smiling again looking at each other. She wonders where Avdhesh is and if he got answers to his questions.
Dancers are dancing on Mari ghoomar chhe nakhrali folksong. Gayatri also dances on Aayo re maro dholna song and Ranaji beats Nagada. Kartik is also there disguised as dancer and his face covered with scarf. Survi gets tensed seeing him. Ranaji then brings a blindfolded Gayatri out. He removes her blindfold & shows her a carriage. He goes down on his knees & holds her hands and says if marrying her was a mistake then it was the most beautiful mistake of his life and he would want to repeat that mistake in his every life. He kisses her knuckles. She smiles and forgives him. RaGa hug with Saawariya playing in BG. He tells her they will go to Kuldevi Maa's temple for pooja and come back as the new year sets in at 12 midnight. He tells her in English about the kiss ritual in which the British welcome the new year with couple kissing each other. Gayatri gets happy and says he speaks such good English and she too would perform this ritual. Ranaji explains her in Hindi what kiss means. She feels shy and says its embarrassing ritual and she wont perform it. Ranaji says she is backing out but he'll surely perform the kiss ritual and comes closer for a kiss. They spring apart as Survi's brothers call Ranaji from upstairs that they cant find Survi anywhere in palace. The dancer guy abducted her probably. Gayatri tells Ranaji Survi hasnt eloped; she will tell him where she is but he shouldnt reveal it to anyone else.
In palace Kartik tells Survi they will have new beginning of their life. They are to elope but Ranaji stops them. He chides Kartik for trying to abduct his guest in his own palace. Gayatri says Survi & Kartik love each other and Ranaji cant separate them. Ranaji says lovers shouldnt do anything in clandestine manner and advises Kartik to talk to Survi's brothers. Survi says her brothers are worried about their pride and reputation only. They arent ready to get her married to Kartik. Ranaji says eloping isnt a solution and he'll talk to Survi's brothers. Gayatri says Ranaji cant take them to Survi's brothers as they will kill them. Survi & Kartik are scared. Kartik tells Ranaji he is ready to go to Survi's brothers and requests to not take Survi to them as they will kill her. They hear VijendraSingh(VS) instructing a man to kill Survi as she has embarrassed her family by eloping with the worthless guy. Ranaji looks determined to unite the lovers. VS goes outside. Ranaji is getting into the carriage. VS thinks Survi must be in other carriage and follows the carriage. In jungle, he stops the carriage looking for Survi. It's Ranaji's carriage. He tells VS he is heading to Kuldevi Maa temple for pooja and asks him where is he going with sword. VS says he wont spare Survi as she has disgraced the family by eloping with that worthless guy. Ranaji asks him to not do so. He says its very difficult to find true love in life and Survi-Kartik has found true love. VS says he respects Ranaji but its his family's personal matter so Ranaji better doesnt get involved. He goes to check for other carriage. Ranaji smiles and says he couldnt remain silent for 2 lovers.
In other cart, Survi and Kartik hug each other. He tells her there's Lord Shiva temple nearby; they will marry there with God as witness then nobody will be able to separate them. Its Rageshwari who is driving the carriage thinking RaGa to be inside the carriage. She sees a ditch ahead and jumps to grab a tree branch and hangs on it. The carriage moves with great speed. Kartik gets worried and screams to slow down but he finds that there's no coachman riding the carriage. Survi finds the doors locked. They panic seeing the ditch ahead. Realizing the end of their life near, Kartik tells Survi that they didnt unite in this life but they surely will in next life. Rageshwari jumps down. She thinks Ranaji died and now none can stop her from uniting Avdhesh & Gayatri as Avdhesh's new year gift. The carriage falls in the ditch. Survi & Kartik hold hands and hug as they fall and die.
Scene shifts to present year 2015 where Rajmata tells Kartik and Survi that their love isnt for this lifetime only but for ages. Survi and Kartik get visions of their prev. birth of the New year party in palace. Rajmata also gives Durga Maa idol to Survi and advises her to ask Goddess to guide her. Survi gets flashback of Gayatri giving her Durga Maa idol and their convo. in her prev. life. She recalls how Gayatri helped her elope with Kartik in that carriage and how she had thanked her. Rajmata tells Kartik & Survi what happened to them in prev. life ( i.e. tragic end of their love and life) shouldnt happen in this life. She leaves. Kartik tells Survi their love is since ages.
Precap
Kartik tries to convince Survi about their love. She finds him standing on roof ready to jump.
In palace, Sartaj tells Rajmata Avdhesh had come to him to know her secret and was offering him desired money in return. RM angrily tells him that he sold the secret for money. They are shocked to find Gayatri there who seems to have heard their convo.
