I'm not sure whether you'd like me saying this or not, but, I would have liked the Frazer track to continue and that (along with Gayatri's efforts to bring about a change in Amerkot) to lead up to Ranaji's realization of love!

Ranaji is a total tease and that whole RaGa scene was quite cute. The way you have portrayed Rani Gayatri taking up her duties, bringing about the change in the kingdom for the betterment of the people, is refreshing. And the fact that Ranaji can see it AND appreciates it, is like the icing on the cake.

The subtle progression in the relationship of Aditya and Swarnalekha is perfect!

I promise you that this will also be equally interesting. I always wanted Gayatri in the show to take up her responsibilities as Queen seriously instead of mooning around Ranaji or doing some cost cutting measures etc to please Ranaji and gain his appreciation I wanted her to do it for herself. Not every ordinary girl gets to be the Queen. So I wanted her to show what wonders she could work by being the Queen.

Aha! So if you're doing research for the Kashmir track, I wonder what do you really have in store for us. Research for the stories is always fun, but when it comes to historicals, it is a little tough. I have an idea for a new RaGa SS which needs some research but because I don't have the time, it's on hold for now. No point writing a shoddy piece.

The problem with Indian tellyland is their shows always start with a bang but somewhere down the road, the characters completely lose their original charm. There is a delicate balance between the story and the romance that needs to be maintained. However, our shows usually start with the story, then move to the romance and then get lost somewhere. Very rare ones can balance both.

Frazer has a number of those traits you mentioned. But the bad luck here is that he is not going to get his girl. I know it's very tough writing historicals and maintaining the right balance between romance and history. Romance has always been my forte. It comes easily to me. All my previous FFs in other forums were also romances. This is the first time I'm attempting something which is a real challenge to me. Still 15 to 20 chapters to go before I conclude this FF. Wish I could do justice to everything that I envisaged when I began this FF.
