Today was Vikram and Mili's sangeet function. The garden of Sambhalgarh Palace was decorated beautifully. Guests started to come and everything was in place.
Rani Nirmala Devi and Maharaj Shekhar was welcoming the guests with full honour and respect.The guests were praising the efforts of Gayatri.
Soon,Ranaji arrived in Sambhalgarh.. He was welcomed by Shekhar and Nirmala.. News of arrival of Rana Indravadhan reached the ears of Vikram and Mili. Vikram and Mili greeted Indravadhan cordially,and,in return,Ranaji congratulated them for their married life.
Ranaji's eyes were searching for Gayatri,but,in vain. Mili saw the expression of Ranaji's eyes.. She nudged Vikram to have a look at Ranaji.. Vikram also noticed the desire in Indravadhan's eyes.
V: kya baat hai,Indra? Aap kisse dhund rahe hai?
Ra: hum apni zindagi ko dhund rahe hai,Vikram.. Barso pehle,humari ek galti ki wajah se usse khona parha,par,iss baar,usse zarur manake apne saath leke jaunga. (with a determined voice).
Mi(with curiosity): kaun hai woh,Ranaji? Woh kya yahan pe aayi hai?
Ra: Gayatri...
They knew that Indravadhan was looking for Gayatri,but,they played along so that they could get to know abhout his feelings he harboured for Gayatri..
Gayatri felt a gush of breeze on her. She felt as if somebody called her. She checked everywhere,but,the source of the voice was not visible.
''Humein aisa kyun laga jaise koi apna mujhe awaaz deraha hai? Kya woh Ranaji toh nahi thhe? Mera mann itna ghabra kyun raha hai? Hey Shivshankar ji,aap hi kuch kariye..'' Gayatri prayed.
After a while,everyone gathered near the stage where the performances started. Vikram and Mili also performed on a romantic song. This made Ranaji think that if Gayatri had been here,they would have been standing together like Vikram and Mili.
Next up was Gayatri's performance. She wore a royal blue lehenga with sequined swarovski crystals. She looked like a queen.. She came on stage in a veil and started her performance. Everyone praised her dance.
Finally,Ranaji could see his Gayatri,his best friend and his love. He felt so happy after seeing,due to which he wanted to go and hug her right now,but,he controled his emotions. A smile crept up on his lips.
Gayatri was dancing when suddenly her veil lifted up due to air and she saw Ranaji standing there in all his glory. She was shocked.. Tears of happiness brimmed in her eyes as she saw him. She slowly stepped down the dais and went towards him in a trance. She stood near him and was about to hug him when she remembered those harsh words of Ranaji. She couldn't tolerate it and left the garden and went towards her room and locked herself up. Ranaji also ran behind her to clear all those misunderstandings,but,before he could enter her room,she closed the door and cried for hours..
