I know in yesterdays episode and in the starting scene of the episode you all must be very angry on the co-workers as they left Sharda for that Pallavi. But remember that this was done by Shanaya so they were not wrong. But as the precap shows that when they saw Pallavi and Sharda, they chose to go with the honest person Sharda.

I must say that they are very nice and very intelligent. Now no one can prevent Sharda from completing Meeta's order in just 3 days

Go Sharda and workers go👏

Personally, I have lost all faith in the workers.

First, they support Sharda. Then, they leave Sharda and they LIE to her (sure Shanaya instigated them, but still... there isn't a need to lie and give her false hopes). Finally, they come back to Sharda.

We'll see if they return the advance given by Pallavi yesterday too.

After watching today's episode, I'm still on my original thought.

The reasons the workers quit was for mainly two reasons:

1) They were yelled at for not making a great patola sari

2) Their pay was decreased

Clearly, if these two (hell, I would argue that the decrease in salary can be considered the main cause) hadn't occurred, Sharda would still be alone.

In the long run, they valued money more than whatever Sharda has done for them. I mean, she talked to the school principle and got their kids admitted for free... She gave their children a future ...

No- they were instigated by Shananya and they need money to survive- they thought they would never see anything from sharda and upon instigation left. They didn't leave Pallavi when they were yelled at or their pay decreased- they left Pallavi b/c she was taunting Sharda. Huge difference.

I think Sharda should fire Shanaya and let her truth out in front of everyone- Here Pallavi is saying she doesn't not stab people in the back- but her daughter is there ruining things for Sharda and Pallavi knows she is there

You're right in that they left Pallavi since she was taunting Sharda, but they wouldn't have left if the pay was good and they were being treated appropriately. These two are huge factors. It was also a mere coincidence that Sharda appeared at the same time the workers were complaining. Besides, they still needed money, so if Sharda hadn't appeared, it would be a safe bet that they would still be there.

With Sharda, they still aren't seeing anything in the future. The materials are damaged, the bank loan hasn't been solved, everything is the same as it was before - nothing has changed really, so I find it difficult to believe that the workers are coming back simply because Pallavi is taunting Sharda.
