Sorry I couldn't post this yesterday. Didn't have time to watch the episode all day.
Let's begin:
It starts off with a recap of went down with Suresh on 5/6 - him getting unconscious, Sharda giving him medicine, Dadi warning her not to give the medication if she doesn't know it ...
Suresh still doesn't regain consciousness, but the doctor arrives. After doing a few tests he concludes that Suresh had a sharp increase in blood pressure. He asks Sharda if she gave the medication and as Sharda stumbles to speak, Dadi interrupts and tells the doctor that Sharda just gave a random medicine. Doctor is shocked and Sharda shows him the medicine. It turns out it's the correct one.
Suresh regains consciousness and the doctor tells him to thank Sharda and (after finding out that she is learning) her education. Suresh doesn't look too pleased, but it might just be his normal expression. Anyhow, he tells her thanks.
Sharda goes in front of Radha Krishna and tells them to make Suresh better and there Dadi comes along and folds her hands together begging Sharda for forgiveness. Sharda says no worries.
Sakshi calls, Dadi answers and informs her of the situation. Sakshi says that all are coming back home.
At home, the 4 kids enter Suresh's room and inquire about his well being. And then watch as Suresh has some soup made by Sharda. They all leave to go downstairs where Karan informs Sharda that they had a chat with the doctor and they already put in an order for the needed medicine. Karan then continues in telling how the doctor was praising Sharda.
Dadi admits that she now has an educated bahu and is pretty happy about it.
Enter Chiraag and he is scolded by Dadi because he had a phone and he wasn't out of signal. Latu Di comments that it wouldn't have made much of a difference since he probably couldn't even read the name of the medicine. Chiraag gives an angry look at Sakshi and Sharda who are chuckling and wakes away.
Sharda goes into her room and notices Suresh sitting upright with his eyes closed. She asks him if he is okay and he flirts with her a little bit in a Suresh like fashion.
Sharda comes downstairs and and she and Sakshi have a talk where Sakshi fills her in on all that happened -- the hug and the fight -- and Sharda tells her daughter in law that she must be like Maharana Pratap and become a wall against Aditya.
Speaking of Aditya, he is back. He recalls the events of the picnic and holds up a picture of Sakshi and Karan. He threatens that the fire inside of him will burn their marriage up and he lights the picture on fire.
The sunrises and Karan emerges from the shower and the phone rings. Immediately he throws the towel on the bed to answer the phone. Sakshi sees this and picks up the towel and says "Karan" . Karan turns and looks at her, and Sakshi then realizes what Sharda was talking about - how they should stop blaming each other. In a softer voice, she says never mind and throws the towel back on the bed. She then goes and picks out Karan's clothes and lays it on the bed.
Karan puts the phone down and notices the towel. He picks it up, to which Sakshi smiles, and as he walks back towards the bathroom, he stops and turns around and says he is sorry. Old habits ... Sakshi smiles and tells him to get dressed. Karan then starts talking about Suresh and thanks Sakshi for encouraging Sharda.
Precap: Teacher tells Sharda, Sakshi, and Suresh that Sharda has been picked to go to London. Sharda and Sakshi are happy, Suresh isn't pleased.
