Will update last part too soon and this part clears most of the doubts..

I was still sitting on the floor when I heard the creaking sound of the door and Maya came in. She looked at me from head to toe and shaking her head she gave me a tired look ," Let me guess your romeo came to meet you..".. "Its coronation day Maya.. He becomes the king today.. So he wanted to see me before that.."
"Or before he dies".."Maya", I yelled at her angrily.. "Why do you do that always?? And out of all days today.. !! You know not just for him, its a big day for me.. And you..", I turned my face away..
She's the perfect loving sister any girl could ever wish for but whenever it was about Raghav she would be so cold and distant with me and at least today I had to know why because either I'll die today with Raghav or live happily with him forever, whatever happens today after that this so called secret won't matter. Maya was already out in the main shop area so I followed her.
She was busy putting away some things and I went towards her and held her hand.. "What are you doing??", she asked me," That what I should've done long back.. Ask you why you hate him so much??"... "Kalpana leave my hand..", she said while trying to free it but I tried my best to keep it in my hold even when her nails started hurting me a bit.. Today no matter what I will get to know what she has been hiding from me for like forever.. When I was tired of looking for my identity Raghav helped me and being a sister she should be thankful to him but instead she's always resented him and today I'll find out why..
"MEHINA !!", she yelled and I freezed on hearing that name..my hold loosened up and I stepped back as some faint images danced forth my eyes.. Just at that moment she jerked her hand off my hold.. I stared at her in shock.. How did she know?? Raghav never used that name in front of anyone..
Flashback
And he finished the story of the moon and the wolf, "Wow its a beautiful story..", I said.. Smiling he lovingly caressed my cheek, "That's why I call you Mehina.. It means moon.."..
"And you're Adolfus the wolf",I said returning the smile, a streak of some emotion glinted in his earlier happy eyes but it went away as soon as my lips touched his bearded cheek.. Moving away a bit I looked in his eyes but unlike every time today they carried a bit of sorrow..
I turned and sat up straight , holding his face in my hands I said with concern ,"What happened??".. Not saying a word he just kept staring at me as if I was a dream, and if he blinked his eyes I'll vanish away..
"Raghav", I said again.. "Are you ok??", he held my hands that were cupping his cheek and kissed the inners..
"Don't leave me, ever.. I love you..", I could never get tired of hearing those words from him, and every time i heard them a new kind of happiness filled my heart but today I felt as if my heart broke in pieces.. As if I was promising something that I knew was a lie..
"You won't, right??", he said, his voice hoarse with palpable emotions... Though I felt that love in it I couldn't say anything but just nod in agreement..
What was it?? What was that thing that everyone was hiding from me?? What was it that I knew but didn't remember??
"If you love your sister then you will tell me what are you hiding..", I said this time more emotionally than angrily but still Maya didn't pay any heed to me..
My knees couldn't support me anymore and I crashed on the floor... I really couldn't take it anymore.. The pent up emotions of all these years running out of my eyes..
"I can't do it .. I can't..
|||| "Then how am I supposed to behave father??", I said angrily.. Hearing about my outburst from the high priest, father was furious and so he came to my chambers to talk to me but that was the last thing I wanted to do, talk about it.. Why couldn't he understand what I was going through, again ..
"Raghav", father said placing his hand on my shoulder," You need to talk it out, we might find a solution.. I need to know everything, son.. Is Kalpana really Suava??", I looked down nodding my head," I don't know but I know, she is Mehina.. ".. "But maybe she just has Mehina's face..", he said.. I knew how much he wished that she wasn't the one everyone thought she was but if Mehina was a Valkyrie then Kalpi too is and I told him what I knew..
|||| Five years ago I woke up from a deep sleep, not remembering anything, not who I was, where I was, nothing..
Ever since that day I've been searching just one answer.. Who am I?? Who am I besides the girl who lost her mother,father and her memories in an accident who was I??
|||| After Mehina's death, I saw her outside the palace one day, "Mehina kept her promise, she was back..", I thought but then how was it possible?? One year and she was here in front of my eyes..
|||| That accident didn't just take away them but also my identity.. I burnt my face in that fire and the treatment wasn't a cure but a rebirth for me.. A new life, a new start..
|||| And now she wasn't my Mehina, she was Kalpi, Maya's sister..Though she had a new identity it couldn't keep the problems at bay..
|||| Four years I kept fighting with that which an unknown enemy in me but not alone..
||||Just like Mehina, she too had unknown, unexplained visions but unlike her, Kalpi fought against them and I tried my best to help her in a discreet manner..
|||| Why was he helping me?? Why he cared about me?? I never ever could know but all I knew was that he saved me.. Saved me from going into depths from where there was no return..
||||One day her while I was in woods at the place where I first met Mehina, I heard someone scream..
||||Blinded by the blur visions of my past I had reached the woods and suddenly I felt as if my body was burning.. The pain was excruciating and yelled.. It was just a burning pain it was the pain of a broken heart as if I was leaving someone I loved.. As if I was being taken away from someone.. And out of nowhere he came to me, to save me like he always did.. "Mehina", he yelled and suddenly it all stopped..
The pain was gone and a sudden happiness replaced it..
||||She looked at me and those eyes, that shine.. That day I knew that my Mehina was back.. Kalpana is Mehina..
||||I didn't know why but I knew he had the answers to my question and so I asked him..
||||Her eyes said that she knew that the truth, that she knew that I had her answers and there was no way I could lie but I hesitated..
Five years back, I told the truth to someone I loved and for me she sacrificed herself.. Mehina couldn't bear the thought of being the one to take away my life so she sacrificed hers instead and now I couldn't do it to her again.. So I just left without giving any answers..
||||I came back home that night and I thought you might know something but I was well aware of your anger against him and so I decided to keep mum..
It took me time but I finally convinced him to tell me the truth..
||||She met me in the woods, the same place where we met again and this time she didn't ask but demanded the answers..
||||I told him that I knew he had my answers , I knew he was my unknown protector and if he did really care about me he would tell me..
||||And I told her the truth.. "What?? Everything??", my father asked, shocked.. "No", I replied.. I told her just about the prophecy but only after she gave me a promise..
||||He told me who I was, what I was destined for and also took a promise that no matter what I'll never hurt myself.
That day I thought I know everything but yet today I still have the same question, 'Who I REALLY am??'"
||||Maya's POV
I looked at her tear-stricken face.. All these years I was wrong.. Raghav did care about her, that's why he didn't tell her everything and on other side I let my sister fight her battle alone.. I was so selfish..
The only thing I wanted was her safety, I couldn't lose my best-friend again, so what if someone else had to pay the price for it.. But now I knew that if he died she will too and to protect him she needs to know the truth.. The whole truth..
||||"Mehina", I heard Maya say.. She turned to face me, her eyes too carrying tears," You are Mehina.. The moon who's lover was taken away.."
She came to me and helped me up on my feet.. Making me sit comfortably she then began..
It was an ancient tale, a bedtime story of all-times.. The story of Suava and her lover..
Suava was a Valkyrie, the one who chooses who dies and who lives in a battle.. Once while she flew across the skies she saw a blind man help a drowning kid.. His clothes were laden with blood with clear signs of soldier on his body, the armour , the helmet, but his eyes were cover with a cloth..
Following the sound of the child he reached there in the middle of the deep lake and helped him.. Suava was touched seeing this and as a boon she gave him his eyes.. The moment the man got back his lost eyes he got lost in the beauty that stood before him..
He knelt before her and bowing down said that he would like another boon instead of those eyes.. Suava agreed immediately as she was impressed how without caring about his own life the blind soldier saved another's..
And the boon he asked for was her.. He wanted her to be his companion for life.. Shocked for a moment but yet happy she agreed and also let him keep his eyes..
He fought many battles and emerged victorious too.. Eventually he became a king and Suava was his queen..
Not wanting any harm done to her husband she protected him in every battle.. Knowingly or unknowingly she was not doing the duty she was made for..
In the last battle when Suava came to protect her lover, God Odin cursed her.. He said that as she did not fulfill her duty ,she and her lover would be reborn.. And in their new life they'll share the same deep love they shared now but..in that next life she will fulfill her duty by taking his life..
I gasped at the last line and she continued..
For years this was just a story before Raghav was born.. The prince carried a mark of Valkyrie on his shoulder and the high priest made the prophecy..
"Suava will return to complete the duty she left unfulfilled and the once considered elixir will prove to be poison"When the Prince turned 25 he was to be crowned and during that time he met Mehina..
Pausing Maya looked at me," My best friend, Mehina.."..
