He found himself standing groan with sand all alone in desert... he panicked to see the no one as far when he glanced all over the land. His breathe goes inhaled with burning sun and he bend down to grasp some air to cool himself putting his both hands on his knees...when like chill whiff he felt her coming towards him with a bright smile on her lips...which slightly covered with her beautiful large nosering... His heart blossomed to see her in front of his eyes cheering with her smile. Her long hairs aflared in air with the wind where her round mangtika amplified her beauty more ethereally. Her hands crawled with the bangles which strictly managing her long red lehnga while running toward him with the yellow chunari flowing in air...she not looked less than the desert queen who brought panacea for the strayer who about to lost his life. He raised his both hand to take her in his arm smiling heartily toward her...

When "kalpi..." He winced to see her felled down by stumbling on something...he offered his hand to sustain her from fallen down when the sandstorm faded his vision. Raghav rubbed off the sandblast and stepped toward her bravely. His heart craved to see her safe...but she was not there... There was standing the different kalpi who wore the black clothes...without any ornaments... The charm of her face lost in that Strom. Her beautiful black dove shaped eyes converted into the muffy eyes who watched him pleadingly like they say him to help... He run toward her to take her hand but the sandstorm circled her in it... "Kalpi..." His voice echoed in desert.

"Raghav... Please save me..." She cried out. His heart ached to see her blew with Strom...he ran behind her...and stumbled on sand...

"kalpi..." He screamed loudly raising his hand to stop her. His breathe was panted out... As the dreadful dream left him sweating all over when he found himself on his bed. Raghav ran his through his hair to pacify himself as it was only a nightmare. He slided the water panicky from his throat thinking about the dream... As it was only nightmare or it will be sign of any dark scrape. But he jerked his thought thinking as the educated man like him didn't suited to believe on this nonsense. He smiled absurdly on his mind and again went to sleep as only two days left to their departure and he has to take more scenes in his camera... But sleep was left his company as the word departure now started to pinch his heart.

The prong of the grandiose wall of the palace shined magnificently in the golden rays of the sun. Raghav was tried to catch every shimmer of the splendour of the palace in his lenses. He was busy in clicking the views when her melodious laughter came on his ears...and his gaze turned toward her...his lenses slowly moved down when his eyes stopped on her face.

"Life given us everything but we cried like we have nothing... But this girl...her life is full of mess but her smile is genuine like the god gave her every happiness. I never believed in god but today my heart wants to believe her...my heart wants to take her all pain...I don't know what relation we have... But one thing is sure it has something between us..." He thought in mind looking at her when a sweet smile appeared on his lips which he tried to hide by biting his lower lip on his unbelievable thought where she was busy in laughing with sammy and Maya forgetting about the whole world...only wants to live her this moment of life...don't know she get this again or not.

Everyone was busy on their own world...someone on memorizing a divine beauty... some on beholding the true lovers who has their own definition of love... Who tease scold each other but not think to live without one another...and other following their friend's gaze which stuck on only one face. Sammy and Maya smiled looking at raghav who eyes only observing kalpi...but then a vexed voice broke their trances.

"Kalpi...kalpi..." The daroga kaka came running toward them... his sound showed them that something happened very terrible. Her chest starts lumping like a Strom seen his worried face. Kalpi turned her leg rapidly on his direction and with her others too.

" kaka...what happened??? Everything is fine na...please tell me" she asked panicky with her shivering body.

Daroga looked at her sympathetically and dearly when she held his hand with her pleading sights. He brandished his gaze to raghav Maya and Sammy and then again on kalpi. Raghav felt like his nightmare coming to reality. He too watched daroga with anticipation.

Daroga gathered his all courage and continued, "kalpi...WO vitthal..." Hearing her father's name her voice curdled on her throat.

"Babasa...what happened to him kaka...is he all right??" She asked skittishly.

"Kalpi...your babasa is dead..." The floor left its grip from her feet...she felt like whole world shattered in one moment... Her knees weakened and she about to fell when Raghav held her from her waist and Maya caught her shoulder.

"No you are lying... How it possible... He perfectly fine when I left home and now you said he died...you are joking na kaka..." She exploded with her thundering chest trying to catch up her strength. He nodded his head negatively with tears in his eyes.

"Babasa..." She screamed loudly and ran toward the village with her flew tears on her cheek.

Kalpi tried to find her way on the crowd of villagers which gathered in her father's farm. With her every step they started moving expressionlessly. Raghav Maya Sammy too followed in rush...when their eyes felled on vitthal's miserable body...like anyone tortured him like hell before died. Kalpi squalled looking her father's dead body...she went near him fastly and took his head on her lap.

"Babasa...babasa please open your eyes...you can't leave me alone babasa...please come back...baba please come back" her howl echoed in environment. Raghav's heart curdled to see her state.

Vitthal's condonation was done in very silent way...as he didn't have any scion and he had the curse of palace ghost...hence no one of the village wanted to give the fire to his body... according to villagers the palace ghost killed him on revenge of Kalpi as she entered in the palace without her permission... And they want to take that curse on their head giving his body the fire.

Raghav came in front and completed the last ritual of the funeral. Kalpi thanked him by her teary eyes as he helped her to see off her father with proper fairwell. He too assured her as he always support her in every way. They consoled each other by their eyes but one figure don't like their this closeness... He gritted his teeth throwing burning gaze on Raghav.

Twenty four hours passed...but in this hours not a single person from the village asked kalpi's whereabouts...not even how is she. In this time only Maya tried to handle her while Raghav and Sammy accompanied them living at her house. And villagers only glances them from their peephole... Raghav pissed off by their behavior.

"What kind of people are this sammy...they not once ascertain about the girl who lost father yesterday...really they called them human " he chided off "I feel scared to leave her alone between this insensitive people...don't know how she manage in this village alone???" a crinkle of fear ran from his forehead thinking about Kalpi...his heart not allowed him to walk out aside Kalpi between this careless people. Sammy was noticed his friend's knot...he knew Raghav was very much respected vitthal and kalpi but his tension for Kalpi showed him something more. He watched him suspiciously when their eyes felt on Maya who came there with her dropped face...raghav ran toward her nervously.

"How is Kalpi maya??? Is she ate anything???" Raghav asked Maya worriedly gulping his fear down.

"No raghav she not even take single morsel from yesterday...she is only crying... I don't understand how to console her" she replied solicitously. Raghav watched with intimacy toward her door and unknowingly his feet moved to her direction. Maya looked him surprisingly but left her thought as his concern for Kalpi while Sammy's afraid reflected from his eyes.

Raghav entered inside with heavy feet...his heart sinked to see her sitting on the floor expressionlessly only staring at light. He walked near her... but her glance was still on the light which put in the middle of room for the pease of her father's soul. Raghav sat down beside circling his both hands around his knees. He felt like killing himself looking her in that condition... He himself don't know why her silence affecting him. Kalpi's heart too skipped loudly with his proximity near her...that was very unbearable for her. A pin drop silence spread in the room.

"Till when you sit like this?? Your father not come back if you skip your meal Kalpi...its only make worst your health" raghav spoke calmly.

"Then that will be good na...I don't need to live alone in this world...there is no one who needs me now" her voice showed him the unfaith for her fate. The girl who he thought as strong was completely broken today.

"I need you Kalpi" the words immediately left from his mouth. she watched him wordlessly... Raghav bite his lip frightenedly on his words.

"I mean we care you Kalpi...me Sammy Maya...we all like you..." He changed his words.

"But my fate not loves me... that's why it played cruel game with me" she whispered getting up from her place and turned toward window. Raghav also stepped his feet toward her. "What I did...that god took all my loveone from me. I never hurt anyone...never said a bad word for anyone but he choose this fate for me...if god hate me this much...then why he keeps me alive...why he not kill me... Why he not take my life with my babasa...I don't want to live now...I don't want to live" she broken into tears. Raghav too shattered with her sob...he placed his hand on her shoulder...when Kalpi hugged him tightly. She sobbed straggly hiding her face in his chest. Raghav too encircled her in his arms closely...they both lost in each other forgetting about the boundaries custom traditions rituals of that village... They forget for some moments that they were strangers for each other... Only the pain was there in between them.

"Look what a crummy scene is going on here..." Raghav and kalpi broke their and looked at the voice wondrously... Balwant was standing on the door with surprised villagers and dumbstruck Sammy Maya, "yesterday vitthal died and today this sleazy man trying to take advantage of village girl...have we allow him to do this kitsch with our woman" he inflamed the crowd intentionally. All village echoed with his voice. Kalpi watched them skittishly...

"No that's not truth...he did nothing...believe me" she spoke in between with her lumping heart. But till then Balwant moved toward raghav...his face showing the unknown anger to them...while raghav noticed his every move raising his eyebrows in suspicion. Kalpi got scared looking balwant's burning eyes.

"Chote Thakur...you misunderstood... He did not..." She about to complete when balwant elbowed her aside made her felled on ground forcefully... Raghav stepped forward to save her but he too landed on ground loudly by the balwant's punch on his mouth.

"Hukum..." She shouted out panicky... and ran toward him when some men catches her by arms. Sammy and Maya too trembled and moved to handle him when balwant's men pinned up them.

They widened their eyes when balwant started beating Raghav terribly with his men...Raghav tried to oppose them but he was unable to fight with many tough alone. Sammy Maya Kalpi tried to free them from the groon's hand but they too helpless. Balwant scribbled Raghav to the crossroads of the village where Samant Thakur and all villagers gathered. He ordered balwant to stop beating Raghav but he did not controlled his hands. Raghav's all body was bleeding terribly...and with every flew blood kalpi's heart cut off... She struggled in their hands to go to him...but her strength was weakened before them.

Thakur slapped Raghav...and grabbed his coller to face steadily to him, "how dare you to touch our village girl? We permitted you at our place and you keep your leery eyes on our daughter" he exploded loudly.

"I didn't do anything wrong sarapanchji..." Raghav answered him winningly but with confidence...which fumed balwant very much.

"You didn't do anything... I watched him bapusa taking advantage of Kalpi...and this villagers too with me" he said watching toward his men angrily for approval. They silently nodded their heads in yes...which made balwant smrinked on Raghav.

"He is lying sir...I only tried to console her..." Balwant biffed on Raghav's face before completing his sentence.

"Console... Who are you of her who tried to pacify her ha???" He laughed at Raghav and with him others to smrink on him. Kalpi felt dying hearing their teases on Raghav... She sobbed helplessly in that scummy people's hands. "Tell me...who is she of you ha...?" He grinned stifling his neck hardly, "sister...wife...mistress...tell me who is she?" Kalpi closed her eyes pessimistically... While Raghav gritted his teeth in anger.

"She is the girl who I respect... She is the girl who I worship...she is the girl who is important more than my life... She is the girl who is my life... Yes I love her...that's why I pacify her...do you get that..." Raghav returned staring him coldly. Kalpi eyeing up him drizzlingly as her ears still not believed on which they heard just before. Like her everyone in the crowd with Sammy and Maya stared him strikingly...when balwant hit on Raghav's chest loudly...made the blood came out from his mouth.

"Raghav..." She squalled like someone hit her too. Raghav looked at her lovingly when their eyes meet...tears flows from them looking each other in pain. Samant stood him up from holding from his coller,

"You bas*****d...how dare to touch our respect..." He seethed in anger, "Balwant... Kill him and throw out of the our boundaries" he roared and butted Raghav. Balwant's men caught him and start beating terribly.

"No..." Kalpi cried out and tripped on samant's feet, "please don't beat him...please let him go...I beg you... Please hukum let him go" she pleaded on his feet tearly but he ran her down... made her fell on ground.

"You are too responsible with him for this crime... Seal her in the dark room my mansion... Take her" samant exploded and his men dragged her toward his house. Sammy and Maya tried to run toward her but stopped to seen swords in his men's hand.

"Kalpi..." Raghav called her painingly but balwant and his men start beating him woodenly.

"Raghav..." She screamed but her scream vanished in air when they bind her mouth and hand. That scene was blood curdling for anyone but whole village watched them emotionlessly...like nothing happened... The true love was terribly quashed by evil but their heart not flied away...they returned their home after finishing drama... except daroga who getaway from there with Sammy and Maya as samant's men wanted to hurt them too. Unwillingly Sammy and Maya left from there to find the way to save Raghav... But no one knows Raghav and kalpi will save from balwant's clutch or not.
