Fab update dear
Your stories always give so much impact n d way u show rag is always new n diff.
D way u show how our kalpi was hurt for leaving her hometown but den also she controled herself n stand still like a princes
Oppo sory she is a princes not only in your story but also on ema forum.

Plz update soon

Thank you. 😊 And Kalpi isn't a princess in the story. She is a noble Lady and being married to Raghav now is the Lady of the Northern Realm. It is not a princess title but more like more like a rank below the princess title. The royalties in this story are the Kapoors. So Prem is King of the East and the other realms as well so since Pakhi is his sister, she will be a princess.

It's like this. There are four realms. North, South, East and West.
The East has the royal family ( the kapoors ) and some noble families ( the Jadavs being one of those). Prem being king rules over the four realms so he is basically the boss of the east west north and south.

Now the West, North and South all have a separate protector because the king can't be everywhere so he needs competent people to help him overseer the different parts of his kingdom. So these "protectors" will the be the Top Lords of the separate realms. These top lords are usually noble families who have protected the realms for centuries.

So the West will have a Lord of the West.
There is a lord of the South.
And there is the Lord of the North who is Raghav. There are other noble families in the North but Raghav is like the main man there since his family has protected the North ( under the the command of the king) for centuries. The North is the largest of the four realms so Raghav has a lot of responsibility and his people admire him. So even though Prem is king and could command Raghav to give up the north, that is something he could just do in theory. BECAUSE even though Prem is the boss of the four realms by virtue of him being king, when it comes to the North, Raghav will always hold ultimate power in that realm because the people of the north will owe Raghav their support and allegiance should Prem ever decide to have a war against him. And also since the North is such a large realm, should it ever come to rebellion, the north can overthrow the East.

But Raghav does not have any desire to be king. He is perfectly satisfied just being the Lord of the North and seeing about the affairs there since he is a northsman.

And another thing is the main lords of each realm live in a palace because that is just the standard of living for them. Their palaces are not as big as the main palace in the East which the Kapoors live in though. So Raghav, the lord of the North, lives in his ancestrial home which looks like a palace. But yeah he isn't a prince or a king. He is just a Lord and Kalpana is his Lady. But the people of the North do consider the Lord and Lady of the north to be very powerful so in the eyes of the people, Raghav and Kalpana is like their king and queen of the north. 😊

That was a summary of the backdrop of the story so it puts things into better perspective.

Thanks everyone for commenting. I am sorry I can't reply to everyone but I keep getting spam warnings after I reply to a certain amount of comments.

Also will try to update tonight or tomorrow ( it is 11:42am where I am ) since I haven't even started writing the chapter yet. Ooops. Don't beat me up. 😆

I'm swooning. Fabulous update. Love how caring and understanding of a husband Raghav is to his Lady. And Kalpana slowly adopting her new position and understanding the weight of those responsibilities. The scene with Thomas was too adorable. The teasing banter made me chuckle. Walls are thawing between them, slowly and steadily. You are one heck of a writer. Hooked! Awaiting the next chapter eagerly..Hugs!
