If u luk @ Ishaan's twitter,long back he mentioned that the actual story was abt Rags being Kalpi's mentor and Kalpi-samy marriage n then samy doubtin Kalpi etc..N he did mention tat he was 1st offered Prem's role..

So not sure wat the writers really had in their mind..but the Raakhi marriage was a totally big mess n they were clueless as to which direction the story was heading too..Kalpi didnt acheive her EMA too (the main plot of the story was missed)

My other opinion is thou thy wud have gone ahead wit the ragna wedding ..mayb aft the post wedding romance etc they shud have showed misunderstandings coz of paaki/kapoors etc ragna seperatin,kalpi realizin she has to fulfil her aai's dreams n then makin it big in the cooperate world..

the cvs's cud have done soo much..Their ego was a bit too much tat they didnt wana give fans wat they wanted..😡 n the show had to be axed😆

May b cing audience goin crazy for Ragna,either they must have changed the story or the writers changed in b/w..not sure which is true,,but i did read Ishaan's tweets..

But during initial days of EMA,in one of Ashish's interview,he said there will b a luv story..so im not sure which luv story the writers wanted to give us

Post marriage (May 9th), they could have showed how difference in status comes in between the couple which leads to misunderstanding. Remember they always showed that Kalpi was still hesitant about the differences between them, even though she loved Raghav. Classic example was the shopping scene, ring scene etc. With the misunderstandings that occurred, Poo could have used this to her advantage, created rifts, involved her brother Prem, making his comeback. Clash of the Titans, ego clashes. Prem-Poo would tag team and create situations that would lead to a separation. Kalpi would be disheartened as she chose Raghav despite her mother's opposition to the marriage and takes the blame for being impulsive. Remember Kalpi was always craving a mothers love so this guilt of having fallen in her mother's eyes would eat at her conscience. She would disappear to another city. Introduction of new characters could be a possibility. Kalpi would immerse herself in work and made her name (she was educated and business savvy) and likewise so would Raghav, both pinning for each other but at the same time egos would come in between. They meet through work situations since both in the same industry etc and it goes on. Cat and mouse chase, redemption, understanding, trust, love, passion, intensity ...all the ingredient we wanted for RagNa. They could have eventually showed Poo turning on Gauri and Gauri trying her best to reunite RagNa. Kamla, Poo, Prem and Kapoors on one side and RagNa, Gauri , Sammy and Pakya on the other. Would have liked them to develop Pakya too. Could have showed Pakya working and earning and supporting his family, the challenges he faced being uneducated, showing the importance of no matter how adamant the child is or says he doesn't like studying, that education is important! A social message that is vital in todays times.

The possibilities are endless...IF they had the right creatives in place!

The cvs shud have atleast borrowed r views,the show wud have run for few more months😭 n we wud have got al the Ragna passion,luv intensity etc as u mentioned..
