"Mrs.Singhaania", the doctor called out to Gauri who was sitting outside the OT praying for the well being of her son.. On hearing the doctor's voice Gauri got up in a jiffy and went towards the nurse closely followed by Sammy who was standing nearby.. "How's he?? how's my son??", Gauri asked in a croaked voice trying to control her tears while praying to hear some good news.. The doctor smiled and said," He's out of danger now.. Luckily the infection didn't spread much and now its all fine.. he'll just experience little pain till he fully recovers and that's all..we just have to do some final check-ups and and then you can meet him.."
The doctor placed his hand on Sammy's shoulder who heaved a sigh of relief as his friend was now safe.. "Oh..", Gauri whispered while holding her head.. "What happened aunty??", Sammy asked worriedly.. "Kalpi.. she.. she.. I don't know where..", before worry could take over Gauri Sammy cut her sentence in between and said," She went to the mandir.. ".. Gauri sighed and said," I'll go tell her that Raghav is fine.. she was very worried.." .. Saying so Gauri walked away after taking a look at Raghav who was being shifted to personal ward.. Wiping away the trails of tears she made her way to the mandir..

Kalpi's hadn't moved her hand even a bit and though she hadn't slept for two nights her red eyes were wide open and staring at the idol with a silent challenge along witha plead in them... the pain of her burning hand made tears freely flow down and that's when she heard Gauri's voice which clearly showed happiness.. with her hand still on the lamp she stood up and turned behind..
Gauri walked to Kalpi and hugged her lovingly while happy tears left her eyes.. "He's fine now.. he's out of danger..", pulling out of the hug Gauri continued.. " Raghav's alright Kalpi.. Doctor said that he's safe now..".. The joy that Kalpi felt at that moment was that which could not be explained in words.. She felt as him someone had given her a new life.. indeed she got her life back.. back from the jaws of death..
"Come on lets go..", Gauri said as she held Kalpi's arm.. wiping her tears Kalpi descended her steps toward the exit .. she turned back to look at the ganpati idol thanking him silently for not taking away her love.. her Raghav.. yes .. for once she had wholeheartedly acknowledged her newly developed feelings..

"Raghav you just..", Sammy got up from the couch where he was sitting to refute his friend for the untimely decision of his.. "Sammy its my final decision.. I want all of it done as soon as possible..".. "But Raghav.. Aunty won't listen..".., Sammy tried convincing him but only thing he got was a glare followed by Raghav Stubborn Singhaania's silence which spoke louder than words..
In less than a second Gauri came inside the ward.. she went near Raghav's bed and lovingly stroke his head.. Raghav needn't hear any words as his mom's gestures were enough to tell him how worried she was and now how relieved she is.. but what caught his attention was the sight he saw at the door of his ward..
"Kalpi", he said in his mind.. A momentary smile flashed on his face but that didn't last for long as he closely observed her.. she was still wearing his blazer and the gown.. Sammy had already told Raghav that he was unconscious for one whole day .. Kalpi's blood red eyes clearly stated that she didn't sleep for even a moment and her pale face made his heart constrict.. and along with that the thing he didn't miss was the relief shining in her big beautiful eyes seeing him all fit and fine...
Their eyelock was broken by Sammy's voice.. "Aunty its 1 am .. you and Kalpana should go home I'll stay here with Raghav..".. "Ya mom.. you both should leave and Sammy you too..".., before Raghav could say something else Gauri interrupted ," Stop it both of you.. I'm not going anywhere.. only Kalpi is..", and just when Kalpi was about to oppose Gauri continued," No excuses Kalpi.. you've been here all the time.. you badly need rest..".."I second that", Sammy said.. "And you too Sammy", Gauri said narrowing her eyes.. "You too have been doing rounds of hospital and police station"...
"Police station", Raghav asked confused at what was his mom referring to.. "The guys who attacked you that night were caught and now are behind bars.. actually they were caught for drunk and drive at the highway check-naka and the inspector showed Kalpi the pics of the people who were arrested that night at nearby check-naka.. Nothing to worry about now.. I've told our lawyer to get the most severe punishment possible and he has assured that he'll be including charges charges of Attempt to murder, Assault charges and plus their drunk & drive.. they're gonna get a lesson for lifetime... ", Sensing the sudden tension around Sammy continued," Ok now leave all this.. Aunty.."...
He paused seeing Gauri's threatening look and changed his sentence.."I.. I'll drop Kalpi..", he stuttered.. "And..", Gauri asked.. "And I'll also go home..", he said lowering his head.. Raghav and Gauri chuckled at it..
Raghav's gaze fell on Kalpi who was smiling on seeing Sammy's sheepish expression.. with her smile all his worries and tension went away along woth theittle pain in his abdomen... After bidding bye to Gauri and Raghav Sammy and Kalpi left...

Next day afternoon 1 pm
"Raghav just pass me those spectacles on the side table", Gauri said with her head digged in the book that the nurse had brought for her so that she could pass her time.. With his eyes glued to the door Raghav picked the object from the side table and gave it to Gauri...
"Why does it feel like..", Gauri hit her head with her hand on seeing her son's folly .. a banana instead of spects.. "Raaghav..", Gauri said in an oversweet tone..Immediately glancing away from the door Raghav said," Yes mom..".. "Does this look like spects to you??", Gauri said pointing at the banana in her hand..
"Umm.. sorry..", Raghav muttered and immediately handed over the spects.. this time actually spects.. Her son's anxiety made her chuckle and in a teasing mood she asked Raghav," Whom are you waiting for??".. "Umm.. me.. umm.. nobody.."..
"Hi Ma..", Kalpi said while entering the room causing Raghav to grin.. she smiled at him and moved to the small table placed near the couch taking out the tiffin boxes and plates she brought..
"Looks like your nobody is here..", Gauri whispered causing Raghav's facial expression change from shock to amusement to blush.. "Mom..", he said while trying to control that bursting happiness in his heart on hearing his mom tease him about kalpi..
Nodding her head Gauri got up from tge stool and headed towards Kalpi to help her set up the lunch... "You took your medicines na??", Kalpi asked sternly... "Yes meri ma.. how can I forget after you calling me five times just to make sure that I took the medicines AND TO CHECK WHETHER RAGHAV IS FINE.." Gauri said while stressing on the last words.. Kalpi just tried avoiding his gaze which she could feel was constantly on her ... "Its high time I do something", Gauri thought.
Gauri touched her forehead and started pressing it while silently making a humming sound that showed that she was in pain.. "Ma.. what happened..??", Kalpi worriedly said.. "I knew it.. you didn't take proper rest na.. I told you not to stay back but you are way too ziddi (adamant).. You're going home after lunch.. and this time I'm not listening to any excuse..", Gauri nodded her head affirmatively while trying to supress the mischievous smile creeping on her face..

"But Mr.Raizaada .. aren't you informing us on a very short notice..??", Sahil tensed voice came from the other side.. Sammy smirked looking at the phone in his hand and then placed it back on his ear.. "Mr.Kapoor.. RS will meet you two days later.. he has some work in Dubai and so he'll be dropping in just for few hours before leaving for Dubai and so we need to keep all the documents ready.. ".. "Mr.Raizaada I understand but the security you're asking for is.."..
"Mr.Kapoor", Sammy said sternly .. "We.. the RS group of companies have published the news of this project in all leading newspapers and still you doubt us.. Fine.. lets just call it off..", before Sammy could disconnect the call Sahil said ,"No.. no... (after a brief pause) I'll meet you tomorrow with the documents..".. "Today..", Sammy said.. "Hmm.. today..", Sahil said dejectedly..
In other case Sahil would've done lot of thinking before taking such huge step of keeping his mansion and the pent house he had in Pune at stake but he was blinded with greed.. plus he felt that it could never do any harm to him.. he had his company and ots share to help him incase something bad happens..
MNC RS Group of industries makes its way to India.
The US based MNC to set up its business in India with the project in association with Kapoor Constructions..
Sahil Kapoor proudly read the headlines on the front page.. On the other hand Sammy to was also staring at the newspaper trying to figure out what exactly was going on in Raghav's mind..
