Kalpi was entering the office building while in conference call with Raghav and Sammy... After their restaurant meet Raghav and Sammy went to sammy's house for some work while Kalpi came to office... It was just 9.30 and office started at 10.30..
Sammy (in his house)- Ok so lets once again revise it.. I'll be reaching Sahil Kapoor's office at 12.30 pm i.e when lunch time starts so that noone would disturb us..
Raghav(in his car)- I'll be there in his cabin at 11 and I'll tell him about company's profits and how we should invest in more projects ..
Kalpi- At 12.10 I'll come there and will inform him that a foreign company has called several times ...and that they're interested in collabaration with KS construction..And
Kalpi couldn't say the further words as her phone fell when she slipped on the floor and was about to fall when Prem caught her by holding her arms from behind.. While balancing her he too fell down such that Prem was below and Kalpi over him...
On phone
Raghav- hello Kalpana.. hello... Are u ok??.. Yaar Sammy I'll call u later..
Sammy- Ya ok fine..
Raghav was almost near the office gate... when in the lobby he stopped midway as he saw Prem and Kalpi lying on the floor as Kalpi was trying to get up but was constantly slipping... He looked away while clenching his jaws..
Prem was busy dreamily looking at Kalpi's futile attempts while he smiled at their proximity.. "Help me na Prem",Kalpi said as she snapped him out of his trance...
"Umm.. yeah", saying so prem moved aside and placed Kalpi below.. now they were lying beside each other.. the oil around them was not letting them getting up..
All the while Raghav was staring at them.. he walked towards them and standing at a little distance from the place where the oil was fallen he bent down and pulled up Kalpi with a jerk..
Kalpi whose full concentration was on getting up suddenly felt someone's hand holding her arm tightly and then a quick pull.. she hit a rock hard chest.. her eyes were closed and she slowly opened them to look into Raghav eyes .. his eyes were filled with anguish and he was still clenching his jaws.. forgetting the pain she was feeling due to his strong hold she was lost in his eyes...
"Raghav.. great you came.. help me up ", Prem said as he held his hand towards Raghav.. Raghav let go of Kalpi's hand and helped prem...
Just then a peon came running there.. "Sir sir... sorry.. actually we were carrying oil cans to the cafeteria and thats when one can fell and oil was spilled.. I'll get it clean.."..
Raghav looking at him as if he would kill him right away said," You better do it ... NOW "..
Scared the peon went away and quickly sent some cleaners..
Prem- (in low voice..) "God bless that person who spilled that oil",
Raghav- (In angry tone) What??
Prem- Nothing.. why are you getting so hyper.. me and kalpana slipped and fell .. you're behaving as if you fell..
Raghav- ( Cooling down a bit) Mm... I just don't like their carelessness..
Raghav then looked at Kalpi who's orange coloured top and jeans were messed up with oil.. he removed his blazer and covered her as the oil had made her top transparent from behind.. They shared an eyelock while Raghav covered her which was broken by Prem's voice," Come on Kalpi I'll drop you home.. we need to change.."
Kalpi walked passed Raghav with Prem.. While at the entrance of the lobby area she turned back to see Raghav who was still staring at her..
After Kalpi left Raghav went upstairs in his cabin ... he tightly closed his right fist as if to hold on his rising temper.. barging into his cabin he picked the glass placed on the table and threw it near the couch placed in front of the table...
The image of Kalpi over prem was constantly flashing in front of his eyes.. Just then his phone rang..it was Sammy's call..
Sammy- Hey Raghav is kalpana fine??
Raghav- (Taking a deep breathe while pinching the tip of the nose between eyes) Yup..
Sammy- Good.. she disconnected in mid so called to enquire..
Raghav- Hmm..
(After a moment of silence)
Sammy- Are you ok??
Raghav- Yup.. (Pause) I'll meet you directly at home in the evening..
Sammy- Oh hello... we're meeting at Police headquarters remember na?? the meeting with ACP??
Raghav- Ya.. ya.. bye..
Saying so Raghav hung up and on other line Sammy didn't fail to notice that something was wrong.. few minutes ago everything was fine and now all of sudden Raghav was disturbed..

In Prem's car..
Kalpi was still thinking about Raghav ... trying to figure out his weird behaviour ...how roughly he held her hand and how angry he was..
Prem- What were you doing in office so early?? I know Raghav is a workaholic so his early arrival is fine but you??
Kalpi- Actually I had some work outside so from their directly came to office..And what were u doing so early??
Prem- Oh me.. Just like that.. was getting bored at home.. (in mind) to see you.. after seven days..
Kalpi- How was the wedding??
Prem- As every other family function.. boring..
Kalpi- paakhi??
Prem- She's staying back for few more days.. (They reached) Your house is here..
Kalpi- Ok bye..
Prem- Bye.. I'll come to pick you up..
Kalpi- (Nodding her head) hmm..
Prem drove to his home and Kalpi went to her apartment all the way thinking about Raghav while holding Raghav's blazer that covered her back...
She opened the door using keys and went in... Placing the keys on the table she went in her room and stood in front of the mirror looking at herself..the messed up hair and Raghav's blazer around her shoulder.. she closed her eyes and image of Raghav covering her appeared in front of her eyes.. immedately she opened her eyes and threw the blazer on the bed..
"What the hell.. why are you thinking about him.. stop thinking about him.. "
"he cares about u.."
"No he does not.. and even if he does you will not... remember your motto..he's your enemy"
"but"
"Stop it" , she yelled..
Taking the towel she headed to the bathroom to clean up herself and while walking past the mirror she noticed the fingers imprinted on her skin when Raghav held her hand.. She touched the reddened area and winced in pain..
"He can do nothing else but give you pain.. he can only hurt you and that's it.."
She went in the bathroom and after sometime she came out in towel.. then she opened her wardrobe searching for something that would cover the red imprints on her upper part of left arm.. She had given all her full sleeve shirts for laundry.. all other tops were short sleeved or sleeveless so she picked up a pink churidaar and pinned the dupatta such that her left arm would be covered and right arm would be exposed ..

Prem and Kalpi reached the office and went to their respective cabins.. Kalpi looked at her watch and heaved a sigh of relief on realising that she was on time..
She went in her cabin and found a red file placed on her table ...

At restaurant
Sammy- Ok Kalpana you'll tell Sahil that from many days RS industries which is a UK based company was trying to approach him.. they are interested in signing a project with KS construction.. Raghav will give you the file and CD which will have all important information..

As per the plan Raghav was already there in Sahil's cabin.. Kalpi knocked and went inside.. Raghav looked up to see Kalpi standing there ... for the first time he had seen her in traditional wear and she was looking breath taking.
She walked to Sahil's table and gave him the file and cd after telling him what she was told to and left the cabin to without giving Raghav a single look...
Raghav left the cabin and from outside saw Sahil's changing expressions ... he smirked thinking everything was going according to their plan...
The file had details on the project .. The CD had Sammy's presentation in which he explained what would be the expenses and how the profit would be distributed...
Sammy had mentioned in the video that instead of 50% profit to KS construction he'll be giving 45% .. but not to KS construction to kapoor construction.. that's after the partnership breaks..It was a huge project of 10,000 crores..
Sammy and Raghav had planned those timings so that Sahil won't get time to think much or even consult his financial advisors... And as they expected Sahil agreed to the condition.. all thanks to Sammy who with his superb persuading skills convinced that it would be profitable to both investors.. However Sahil being the witty person that he was it wasn't very easy for Sammy to convince him..
Sahil asked sammy why he didn't wanted to have partnership with KS construction or some other company.. Sammy got a bit nervous but then confidently answered explaining Sahil that other companys would ask for 50% and in this case RS will get 55% ..plus he also showed Sahil how beneficial it would be to break the partnership of KS construction.. he'll have half of his debts paid by Raghav and would be enjoying 50% profit from other projects and plus will be a part of this big project...
If this wouldn't have then god knows what would've convinced Sahil.. without a second thought Sahil signed the documents which had clauses that Sahil will break the partnership before investing and would recieve 45% profit.. they smartly hadn't included any investment clause and when Sahil asked about it while reading the clauses Sammy said that investment would be discussed between the CEOs of both companies...
Sammy couldn't help but be impressed by Sahil's shrewdness.. though he was partially blinded by greed he couldn't easily be decieved .. making a note to himself that Sahil cannot be underestimated Sammy left the place..before leaving he also informed Sahil that CEO of RS construction will meet him after few days...
