Stealing a final glance at kalpi's retreating form Raghav drove to his home..
Kalpi reaches the main door..just when she was about to ring the bell she stops and looks back to see him but he just left...Prem opens the door..
P- Where were u?? i thought u came home but u didn't...atleast u should have informed me or anyone else before leaving ...i was so worried..
K-(taping his shoulder) bhai chill..i am fine..u know na i don't like these parties..so i left early...(in order to avoid mentioning Raghav kalpi just said)..bhai now u go sleep..u must be tired..good night..
Saying so she hurriedly went to her room...Prem too didn't suspect anything and thought that she was tired..he too headed to his room..Prem's room was besides kalpi's...while going upstairs his phone rang..it was maya..
M-hello prem...did kalpi reach home??? did u call her??? i tried but her phone is switch off..
P- Maya its ok..she just reached..she's fine...
M- O thank god...i was worried..its so late and its also raining heavily...ok then bye..
P- by the way u called only to ask about kalpi..(prem asked mischeviously)..
M-aur nahi toh kya..iss waqt mein tumhe mausam ka haal chaal puchne ke liye call karti..
P- Mausam ka nahi par apne hone waale pati ka toh haal puch sakti ho..
M- (blushingly)...To bataaiye kaise hai mere hone waale pati-dev...
P-Pucho mat..bechare se judaai bardaasht nahi ho rahi..he's dying to be with his beautiful fiance..
M- Accha ji..zara unse kehna ki bas six months wait kare..phir toh he'll be dying to stay away from his wife...
P- Ha woh toh hai..(he said smiling from ear to ear)
M- (with fake anger) oh so u planning to be like that after marriage...i'm so not gonna talk to you...
P- Accha baba sorry...now where's my good night kiss??
M- Nahi milegi..bye..
And Maya hung up...Prem was grinning at maya's cute antics went to his room..
Kalpi while watching her brother and to-be sis-in-law smiled to herself thinking ,"its so beautiful to be in love"..
In Singhaania mansion:
Raghav reached home..all the way thinking about his evening..about her...
He opened the door using the spare key he keeps in his car..as he expected ..Gauri and paakhi were waiting for him and eventually fell asleep on the sofa in the living room..
On hearing the cracking sound of door..Gauri woke up and went to Raghav to start her interrogating session but before she could say anything her son began to scold her..
R- Didn't i tell u to sleep...what r u doing in the living room??
And why is chutki sleeping on the sofa?? u know na she'll get a backache if she sleeps on such a small sofa..now i don't want to listen anything...go sleep..i'll carry chutki to her bed..Good night mom..
Smiling at her over-caring son..gauri went to her room after saying good night..
Raghav laid paakhi on her bed and went to the kitchen to get a cup of coffee..
Taking a sip of his coffee Raghav was busy staring at the rains which were washing all the dirt away from the roads...he constantly was getting flashes of that angelic beauty whose thoughts had completely occupied his mind and heart...
Raghav loved to write poems when something special or different happened in his life..it had been long time since he did that... but today his heart wanted to open up...open up to feel something...something new...something it never felt before..
Placing the coffee mug on the end table he took his diary...
Ek naya din tha aaya...ab hai ek nayi raat...
Ek naya mod hai laayi ye mausam ki peheli barsaat..
Dhul gayi aaj ye pattiyaan...tahaniya...dhul gaya mera dil..
Kya hai yeh naya ehsaas..yeh teh karna hai bada mushkil..
Kyun kisi anjaan ke aankhon mein yeh dil khota hai...
Na jaane kyun usse dard mein dekh kar yeh dil rota hai...
Naa teh kar paau main kya hai yeh naya ehsaas...
Jo bhi hai...jo bhi hai..hai yeh badaa khaas...
mera naya ehsaas...mera naya ehsaas...
Keeping the diary and pen on the table he went to the window...
The dripping water droplets...the cold wind blowing brought a new Raghav in him...the Raghav who cares about someone...someone who's practically a mere acquaintance..
He then sat on his bed..placing his back on
"She has everything anyone could ever wish for...all the riches ,a pretty luxurious life, a loving family and also maybe the Mr.Right (Raghav thinks Raj is kalpi's bf)..."...while thinking about kalpi having her love his heart was filled with an unknown disappointment...
"Why would a person with such a life be sad??? though she shows that she is happy her eyes depict loneliness while she smiles??.."..thinking so he slept...
While Raghav was peacefully sleeping...somewhere else someone was deprived of that pleasure...
Kalpana was constantly tossing and turning on her bed...
She didn't know why but sleep was a rare commodity for her eyes that night...Whenever she closed her eyes she would see that face...she could still feel his touch...
Kalpana had previously met people like Raghav...
A businessman trying to be kind and friendly but for her the only thing that mattered was he is a businessman..."These people are only money-minded...they never really care about you...they just show care coz they know that you are Kalpana Vitthal Jadhav,daughter of the owner of KP industries...a person who can help them with finance",said her mind...while her heart argued,"No kalpi...he is different...those dark brown eyes did show genuine concern for you"..
With her mind thinking that Raghav did all that just because Kalpi is Kalpana Vitthal Jadhav and heart defending Raghav...she too went to sleep in sometime...
Raghav was a really practical man...he never cared about emotions...he never even believed in true love coz anything and everything can be bought with money...for him nothing mattered more than success..although family was an exception.For him everything was about gaining profit..every relation made was to gain profit...
He was kind-of the type of person Kalpana hated..
Both Raghav and Kalpi had seen the bad side of the world at a very young age...
One had his mother besides him to tell that all people aren't same..there are good as well as bad people in this world ...we must be wise enough to categorize..
While the other grew up to be judgemental..she thought everything that people especially businessmen do is to seek profit...that's why she never trusted anyone...she didn't want to commit the mistake like her father did years back...
Phew..khatam ho gaya..
