PART 6- Don't Go
After 2 1/2 years:
At Hospital:
A never ending silence was shouting in Hospital corridor. Raghav was sitting on a hospital desk near ICU entry and was looking all messy. He was wearing a white shirt and white trouser. His shirt was looking messy coming out his trouser at corners. His sleeves were in partially folded and unfolded condition. His head was down and eyes were red and swollen, tears were continuously running down his cheeks.
On the desk of the other side of ICU entry Kamla was sitting with Pakhi. Kamla was also in tears with swollen eyes looking at ICU red light above the door. Kamla was tightly holding the handle of desk with her one hand, and her other hand was in between Pakhi's both hands resting in her lap. Pakhi's head was on Kamla's shoulder.
On the front wall of ICU entry vitthal was standing taking its support. Vitthal was looking down
continuously without a blink. He has marks of dried tears on his cheeks.
In Raghav's head, memory of his happy family was moving. In his memory he was standing beside Kalpi who was cradling their 1 and half year old smiling daughter and Gauri was looking at them with a big smile.
Flashback:
Raghav(to his daughter) : Say papa, please once, say papa.
Gauri: Chintu! You really have a very bad luck. She said papa two times in two different days when I have given your photo to her but you missed it because of your work.
Kalpi : Mom, It's punishment for not giving time to wife and daughter.
Raghav : You are so mean kalpi, I told you to record her every second in camera. Now, do anything but today I am not going to let her sleep, till she don't say papa.
Kalpi : Raghav she is too small to understand what you..
Suddenly a lisping voice interrupted them "Pa pa".
Raghav : She said it , she said it . Yes! Yes! She said it.
And Raghav took her daughter in his arms and kissed her on her forehead. Kalpi and Gauri was
laughing looking at Raghav who was going mad on listening papa from his daughter.
Flashback ends.
There was no movement in Raghav's body, he was sitting like a dead body. The only thing which was showing that he was alive was his continuously rolling down tears. Suddenly a hand came on his shoulder which made his lifeless body move. Raghav turned his head up to look, it was Sammy.
Sammy : (with very low voice) Raghav, it's time.
Raghav looked at the ICU door and stood up. He looked through the small transparent square area on door, inside the room. And he started walking slowly out of the corridor with Sammy.

At Cremation Place:
A river was flowing in its medium speed, and in one of the side of river a bunch of wooden logs arranged in a cubical shape was standing. A dead body wrapped in a white cloth was lying
on woods. And around 14 or 15 peoples were standing around it in white clothes. Silence of death was spreading over there. The only audible sounds were coming from flowing water of river and pandit reciting mantras.
Raghav came in his senses when pandit called his name and forwarded him the wooden log with fire on one end. An electric current effect ran through Raghav's body, his hands were shivering while taking the fire. His knees were going week while walking towards the dead body. When he reached near the corpse, he removed the cloth from its face, and looked at his mother one last time. Raghav's mind was running memories like a film. He remembered the day when Gauri caught him kissing kalpi by Lipstic mark, the day when Gauri was blessing kalpi and him for happy long
life, the day when Gauri held his ear for lying about Sammy's injury and kalpi was standing in front with guilty look on her face for revealing the secret in front of Gauri. He put the cloth again on face, took some steps back and put the fire on the cluster of woods. He was about to fall, but Sammy came and supported him to stand. It was last moment when Raghav has seen his mother's face.

When Raghav, Vitthal, Pakhya and Sammy entered in hospital ICU wing, nothing has changed there, the same faces of Kamla and Pakhi in tears, the same silence of breaking hope was enveloping the corridor. Raghav came in front of ICU door and looked through it again with hope, but what he saw there has horrified him. She was there, his love, his life, with oxygen mask on her face, struggling for her life. Kalpi was struggling for oxygen, her body was going up and down while this struggle. She has already gone through two operations one major and one minor. Raghav was
feeling difficult to breath, he was going week at his knees. There was no end to his tears, from inside his heart has broken into millions of pieces like a glass and each piece was in his flesh, continuously increasing his pain. He took few steps back and fell on his knees. He looked up and closed his eyes and again one memory stroked his head.
Flashback:
Raghav was sitting on bed and eating ice-cream.
Kalpi: Raghav, please share with me naa.
Raghav: No ways, you already had 3 ice-cream, you are taking too much advantages of your pregnancy haa, control your cravings.
Suddenly kalpi kept her hand on her mouth and ran towards washroom. Raghav started making faces looking at ice-cream. When Kalpi came outside, she looked at Raghav who was giving her
annoyed look.
Kalpi: What?
Raghav: You spoiled my taste, can't you see anyone else happily having ice-cream in front of you.
Kalpi's mouth hung open in shock, she came forward and took the ice-cream bowl from Raghav's hand and poured the remaining ice-cream of bowl on Raghav's head. Raghav kept staring at
her with dumb expression.
Kalpi: Enjoy this how much you want. From the day you got the news I am pregnant, you are chanting I want a baby girl and when it comes to side-effects of pregnancy, every torture is for me only. You know very well I have no control over my food cravings and moods still you never leave a chance to irritate me.
Raghav: (annoyingly) I can't bear these changes, look what you have done (while clearing ice-cream from his head). Better you stay in mom's room or go to your Aayi who is inviting you from so many days.
Kalpi: When I will go, you will be the one, who will be coming running behind me like a tail.
Raghav: In your dreams.
Kalpi: (with dramatic proud) Ahaa! Look Mr. Singhania one day will come when I will be leaving and you will be pleading in front of me to stay. Don't blame me then for not listening you.
Flashback ends.
Raghav(in his mind): Please don't, don't leave me Kalpi. Please don't go, I will die without you. I need you, your Raghav needs you. You can't leave me in midway, you have to stay. Tell your god, he can't snatch you from me, he never blessed me with much happiness, and what he has blessed me with, he has already taken back. Now, you are the only one left, he can't be so heartless towards me, he has to leave you for me, he has to.
Raghav was crying bitterly and no one was daring to come near him. He was in pain, which has only one medicine, who was herself in ICU right now.

At Kapoor House:
Sahil and Neetu was holding a Champaign glass with an evil smirk on their faces. They were celebrating the destruction of their biggest rival.
Neetu : Didn't I told you? We have to keep patients till we get the perfect opportunity. Finally, maintaining our relation with Pookhi worked for us and we got that opportunity. Now, Raghav's mom is dead, his wife is taking her last breaths and their dear daughter...
And both Sahil and Neetu filled their hall with their evil laughter.
Sahil: But what if that Kalpi don't die? Don't you think it's risky?
Neetu: No ways, Kalpi was not conscious and no one else has seen me near accident spot throwing that dead body of (keeping a silence then with mysterious grin) Raghav and Kalpi's dear daughter.
Suddenly a voice came from behind, "Now, we have to make sure that our both secrets never come in front of anyone. Our second secret is going to be our shield if anyhow first secret get revealed". Sahil and Neetu turned their eyes towards the voice and smiled because it was Prem, their only
son and partner in crime they just did.
Neetu: Forget the secrets for now, let us enjoy our victory. Cheers!

Next Morning (6 am):
Kalpi's condition was stable from last 6 hours. And she was about to gain consciousness after 3 days. Kalpi was opening her eyes slowly and a fuzzy image of Raghav was the first thing came in her sight. When she has completely opened her eyes, she looked at Raghav but she didn't give any expression. She turned her eyes and looked at Kamla and Vitthal and a small grin came over her face.
Kalpi: (unclear voice) Aa...yi, Baba.
Kamla and Vitthal came forward with tears in their eyes.
Vitthal: You scared us enough, now get well soon.
Raghav came near her and was about to touch her cheeks, but she turned her face to Vitthal and kamla in confusion.
Kalpi: Who is he?
Everyone in the room was shocked and Raghav was not able to believe his ears. Raghav pulled his hand back.
Raghav: What?
Kalpi: (looking into Raghav's eyes in confusion) Who are you?
