I used to say love in my teens and 20s, but now that I'm in my 30s I can honestly say you NEED both! Love without money is just going to get you a seat next to your man on a park bench! Ideally, you want to fall in love with an ambitious man who does what it takes to get ahead. I've seen many people marry for love and amongst my family and friends we have been fortunate enough to have successful careers and successful spouses as well, but I've seen others who haven't been so lucky. I've seen wives who work and husbands who can barely hold down a job, but these women love their man! I'm sorry, but loving someone who doesn't have goals and ambitions would drive me bananas! 🤪
