I personally don't mind overlooking sleeping beauty's sleep... As long as Ragav is not married and Ragna is happening!

P.s. Trying to laugh instead of cry... Oh I can't even recommend this series to anybody... They have buried it!

I guess cvs could redeem themselves by making sure that all four of them (Ragav, Kalpi, Sammy and Pakhi) are in on it and are playing their part to help Ragav... Save his mum or seek his revenge against the senior Kapoors.

You are absolutely right. The channels depend solely on sponsorship to survive and the latter depends on the popularity of the show.

Unfortunately, this show has no sponsors which probably explains why they can't afford to promote it or even show the repeats as air time is very expensive in India...unless the PH is really well off and spends its own money...which is self-defeating in my opinion.

The 7 pm slot has very little competition apart from Sathiya on Star Plus. EMA ought to be doing better than it is doing but isn't. With the new twist it's likely be hit badly.

As for trps, only a very small section of the viewing public in India contribute to it. Not every household has the machine to record the trps...these machines are very expensive. So there are very few of them around...the trp system isn't foolproof and doesn't really give us the true picture in terms of viewership.
Now, efforts are on my the cable operators to have their customers fill forms for their desired viewing package. This will be handed over to the channels who will then have a reliable source of information about how many are watching their shows. This way their dependence on sponsorship will be a thing of the past.
