Based on their off screen pictures he is quite comfortable with rachna. In her interview rachna said that she simply loves ashish.
I don't think AC has any control.
Misha Gautama who is I think is the main Cv said in his interview that actors are just puppets on TV and he does not take their tantrums. He says that Cv create these characters and all the actors do is play them. They only become famous because people identify wittn them. Otherwise they are just puppets of CV.
I was flabbergasted by this interview of how he thinks of actors hardwork

Hi sampa79, i didnt mean that way. I dont think ashish will have preference in which actress is playing which role. He may be thinking this track will have more scope for him to perform.
