I'm done! Sorry guys!

I'm done with writing on this forum I have written several ff's. I just wrote a new one "my life story after marriage...kalpi's after marriage story." People seem to hate it. It was just the first part. But the comments really hurt me. I worked hard. And some people don't have anything better than to criticize other hard work. I really love writing and appreciate the helpful criticism! But it hurts.
I'm just letting you know I won't continue "mein tumhare saath hoon" "mein sirf tumhe protect karna chatha hoon" and "my life story after marriage...kalpi's after marriage story." Sorry guys!

If you love writing and there are people who like your work then why are you stopping!?! Doesn't make any sense. Not everyone will like your work and you have to be mature enough to take criticism because posting things to public sites will get a response. Take things with a grain of salt and write for yourself and the people who enjoy your writing. Not everyone is going to be a fan and if you cannot understand that then it's best to refrain from posting.

I think ur right. But I still feel kind of down.

I'm sure no one wanted to hurt your feelings. Please don't feel bad. I like to see my friends happy.

Do you know how many times JK Rowling has been rejected before someone actually took a chance on her!?! Stephanie Meyers wrote Twilight which people love, but I think she is a subpar writer at best. Same goes for the 50 Shades trilogy. Again, take it all with a grain of salt and keep writing for yourself and for those who enjoy your writing, even if it's just 5 people. That would be exactly 5 more people than I'm entertaining! Good luck and feel better!!! :)
