Fun Post: Raghav Takes Kalpi's Interview Updated 1

Raghav:
Ok, Ms. Kalpi, (that's how he referred to her during the major fight after confession.., last to last friday..)

As you, know.. u have signed bond, and I am taking interview for every employee who has signed the bond... just to see, if they deserve this opportunity or not...

Kalpi: Sir, shouldn't we be taking your interview in that case.. We should have done that before signing it, to see, weather this organization can provide us with all those opportunities to promote and develop ourselves in this organization..

Raghav: Well, it's too late, you have already signed it.. and I am the one who will decide to accept this or not.. on the basis of questions I ask you... Is that Ok with you?

Kalpi: Umm.. Seems to be ok, you can go ahead and interview me..
Raghav: Ok, that's great...
Audience.. meanwhile... (Abhi se Jhoru Ka ghulam hai yeh...)

Raghav: So, What do You think of the boss in this Organization??

Kalpi: (After thinking for a while..) Sir, to be very honest, I think he is a great guy, who has worked hard all through his life to make it this big...
Raghav sits up a bit,
Raghav: Something more...
Kalpi: Umm.. Well, he also cares for his employees alot.. he tends to make sure.. he doesn't leave employee out in rain, while he sees them,
Raghav has flashbacks:
he makes sure that every employee does all sort of work, from making coffee to working in store room..In fact he..
Raghav: Ok, Ok.. I got it..
Kalpi Smiles..
Raghav: Why did you sign this bond? Why do you want to be with me???
Umm.. I mean.. why do you want to be in organization..
Kalpi: Well sir, I want to be with you, because, I love...
Raghav.. Curious..
Kalpi: I love your strategies and ways of working, I believe I can learn alot in this organization ...!!
Raghav: Don't worry, Ms. Jadav.. I will make sure you learn alot.. And Will Teach U everything..!!!
Kalpi: Sure sir, Sir, I would most importantly like to learn, the way you talk to rivals.. No arrogance.. she murmurs.. like you show it your employees, and just calm defeat with smile..
Raghav: (Looks at her.. the way she is talking) I need to teach you much more then this.. I feel, you will learn all this by mere observations... But other practical aspects of personal lives as well...
Kalpi: Like what Sir?
Raghav: Like how to respond to me, when I ask you something, how to stop worrying about people watching.. How to hold hands...?
Kalpi gets conscious... and jolted back.. with that phrase.. with Raghav staring at her..
Kalpi: Sir, I know how to hold hand..
Raghav: Really?? Can you demonstrate it..
Raghav puts his hands forward.. Kalpi takes and does shake hand..
Kalpi: See Sir, as simple as that..!!! I may not be great at expressing all sort of etiquates that are important in organizations.. but most of it.. I can manage..
Raghav:

ESHA:
Raghav: Chalo chodo...!!! Batao.. Ki tum Humein aka.. apne boss ko khush karne ke liye kya kar sakti ho??
Kalpi: Sir... Mein... Woh mein..
Raghav.. is trying to get into deeper..
Kalpi: Sir.. woh mein aapki favorite coffee bana sakti hoon.. can I get it right now..
Raghav: 😒
Raghav: Yeh interview khatam hone ke baad pakka.. I will need it anyways.. particularly.. If I can't make u understand.. what I want you to learn from this organization..
