Chapter 5

Pune

At diamond caf

Raghav was waiting for Sanyukta since 5 minutes but it seems like ages. He was busy in his thought when someone waved her hands in front of his face.

"You are Raghav Singhania na" asked Sanyukta.

Yes I am and u.

"Oh hello I am Sanyukta sorry I kept you waiting I hope you are not angry" she said.

Just tell me where Kalpana is, how she is and how do you know her...

Wait Mr. Singhania I am telling you each and everything but before that you to answer my question she said.

It was enough for Raghav no one dare to ask anything from him and this girl, how dare she is asking me and putting condition but he controlled his anger because it was his need.

"Ok you can ask", he replied

I know that you must be thinking who am I to ask questions from you but I don't want my friend to get hurt again so I am asking.

How much do you love her? She asked

Yes I love her more than my life he replied.

"I got my all answer and now its time to tell you something emm... actually she is in depression and doctor has said if she remains like this then she can even harm herself", said tensioned and worried Sanyukta.

For Raghav it was just like someone placed a big stone on his heart for a minute he couldn't believe his ears.

Raghav's POV

No this can't be true she is strongest girl I have ever seen full of life. She can make anyone smile. No, this can't happen. What she had done with herself, it was my entire fault then why she is punishing herself. Raghav Singhania, be happy you won in your revenge and you lost your love.

He remembered their first meet.

Flashback

Raghav was invited as chief guest in charity function. Though he didn't like going out much but he agreed as if some force was asking to him that you should go there. He hardly found time for himself so he thought it would be change for him and moreover his company is sponsoring the event.

At function venue

Every person is busy in there work provided by their new head of event organizer though she was very friendly but when the matter comes about work one can call her female version of Hitler.

While, working people were also gossiping about chief guest.

After all he was hot topic nowadays.

"Hey you bunch of fools cant u quietly do your work what's a big deal about the chief guest just finish the entire fast".

They heard their Hitler's voice and started doing there work.

Function started well. Every single thing was kept noticed. Every guest was impressed seeing the arrangement. It consists of several event from fashion to dance and from singing to music and much more. Everyone was enjoying the function. But the chief guest hasn't arrived yet. People were making guesses.

Here Raghav have planned to reach there at last performance as last performance is always high point of any function.

So he called the head of trust and informed him his arrival time.

Back stage

"Listen everyone our chief guest will arrive at last performance time so I hope u all will make sure that everything goes well", said head.

All nodded in confirmation.

But as soon he goes from there everyone starts panicking as dancer whose performance was at last was not well and if performance will not happen then it will be great loss.

The most awaited moment had arrived. Yes Raghav was there. He was looking like a Greek god in his three piece suit. No one was able to keep their eyes away from him. Some were burning with jealousy and some were in the state of fainting.

Organizer head welcomed him by giving him bouquet and showed him the way.

It was almost ten minutes but the performance wasn't started. It was limit for Raghav temper he started to go but suddenly every light was off and it stage curtain opened.

Spot light fell on dancer. She was wearing blue color gown and a mask which was preventing her face from showing.

Song started.

Audience was speech less seeing her every moves, she was trained dancer. They were curious to see her face.

But most importantly the person with I am the best attitude was also mesmerized. First time in his life he was attracted toward a girl and that to without seeing her face. He doesn't understand what was special in this girl.

Maybe this is called soul attraction he thought.

Din mein bhi wahi saans lene laga
Raaton mein bhi meri woh hi to basa hai
Palkon pe rehne ki dhoondhta hai jagah

There she throws her mask away. She was looking like an angel. Her beautiful eyes, her breathtaking smile she was completely lost in dancing. Raghav's heart skipped a beat. Now his heart knows what is called love at first sight not because of her beauty or her talent but something unknown force was there. He was spellbound.

Aankhen bhi us ki hi raah mein ruki hain

All he could hear was her name being called by few in audience kalpana. Yes her name was kalpana.

"Mr. Singhania will you help me in taking kalpana out from depression", she asked.

Raghav's thoughts broke by her words

Preventing his tears come out from his eyes he replied, yes I will help you and I will make her come out of depression but first you tell me where she lives and what she is doing now.

We are colleague and we live in flat provided by office she said.

It means she lives alone since four just because of me, said Raghav.

No you are wrong she lives with her two kids Aarav and kriya just because of you.

"Kids?" He asked

Don't tell me you don't know about your kids.

Both of them were in shock.

But Raghav was not able understand his feeling. He was going through mixed emotion anger, shock, happiness, guilt, sadness all together he lacked words to say anything
