I have a feeling at the end of the episode tomorrow Kalpi will hand over a letter to Ragav and the episode will end. We will all think it is resignation but it might turn out to be a love letter u never know. The letter might just say she is sorry and she wants to be a part of his office and life. After that Ragav next mission would be to make her say I love u.

I know all u are angry on Ragav but Kalpi gave him equal hard time.

Kalpi didn't give Raghav a hard time on purpose...
She wasn't sure of her emotions/feelings towards Raghav.
He took her by surprise by declaring his love for her
After all the grief he gave her by his attitude/behaviour to her it's only fair that she took her time analysing the situation

While Raghav is being nasty to Kalpi deliberately
Raghav has known about his feelings for Kalpi for a while...he confessed as much on the day Pakhi hurt her ankle and he was forced to take Kalpi with him to Alibaug
Words to the effect:'Jis ko paas laanaa chaahtaa hu woh dur jaati hei or jisko dur rakhnaa chaahtaa hu woh paas aati hei'
