What do you guys think should she resign

I don't know why everybody wants her to resign, but i personally don't want her to resign. Raghav specifically says he does want her to continue the job, but the rest is her will.

Glad that raghav remind her about 30-day deal, so she can come back to her senses now and concentrate on her work and results, i hope

no yaar she wont n y will she she was giving it earlier becoz rgs was always rude 2 her but she knw the reason 4 dat now I mean rudeness is just cover up 4 hiding his feeling so now she knws ten y will she n she also luved him so I don't think

I don't want here to resign! I just wish that both rags and Kalpi should get some time for themselves and show and tell eachother how they feel!

If Kalpi decides to resign she should line up another job first
If she resigns first,she'll have problems getting another one without a certificate to prove her education
Another issue would be that prospective employers would require references and they would want to know why she only stayed such a short time with the prestigious Singhania Constructions

I sit on interview panels and one of the things I look out for is the length of time the candiate has been with the current employers...If only a short time then alarm bells start ringing that there is a problem with the candiates abilty to perform/get on with management/other team members
