Another issue would be that prospective employers would require references and they would want to know why she only stayed such a short time with the prestigious Singhania Constructions

I sit on interview panels and one of the things I look out for is the length of time the candiate has been with the current employers...If only a short time then alarm bells start ringing that there is a problem with the candiates abilty to perform/get on with management/other team members
