Veera very clearly you explained about the reasons behind Raghav's behaviour with kalpi and pakhi, great thinking, U seem to understand him much better than us, I totally agree with all your points on his behaviour and also about 2 love traingles in future track (the way kamla was repeatedly saying, prem to stay away from kalpi, then she praying to god and thinking that prem should keep away from kalpi, gives us this indication), and also agree on the point u keep reminding us always that Raghav is a gentleman and can never stoop low to use pakhi for his revenge.

I think, he is no doubt using pakhi, but just as a witness to kalpi's hardwork to success, because in future when kamla will proudly tell the kapoors about her kalpi's success, they will surely say that the reason for kalpi's success is Raghav and his help and not her ability and hardwork, so now that pakhi is in Raghav's office, she will play the role of messanger (who carries the unofficial information like, the happenings in the office to her home, kamla maa's home and also give info reg kalpi's personal life to Raghav (eg: Kalpi's grandmaa is still thinking of getting some alliances for Kalpi so pakhi in future could tell to Raghav about kalpi's marriage proposals), she's already started playing this role, only because of her kamla, Neetu and prem came to know that Raghav has actually made kalpi's life difficult in his office and does'nt treat her well and is making her work extremely hard, now that all the kapoors know this, when kalpi's becomes successfull, they can't taunt her and even if the kapoors agree or not they will know that Kalpi has become successfull only by her effort, intelligence,hardwork, and determination and after facing a lot of difficulties.Raghav does'nt want any1 to take away kalpi's credit for her success and give the credit to him, so that Kalpi can truely be an inspiration to many girls who come from similar background like her's.

Like you'll even I am waiting for a jealousy track for RagNa(kalpi getting jealous is not possible so soon so its better Raghav gets jealous), but it should not be prem( Raghav actually can't get jealous if prem is with kalpi because he knows that kalpi will never like him, and this track will be very slow, raghav has to see them together few times outside office) so if this track is in office, it will be at a quick pace and also infront of Raghav so I want some employee in the office to chance maarofy on kalpi so that Raghav can get jealous and keep that person away from her and kalpi & pakhi can get a clue about it...
