Prem might fall for Kalpi in the future but I picture him falling for her after something drastic happens. So far nothing drastic has happened for him to have romantic feelings for her. In my ff, she is the surrogate for Paakhi & Raghav & it's only after she gives birth to Prem's niece/nephew that he feels like he has serious romantic feelings for her. Of course he ends up seeing all the pain- both physical & emotional pain she goes through to give his family a child. This seems like a situation that would maybe lead to an ignition of romantic feelings for Kalpi. He's just not gonna fall for Kalpi if he sees her post her having a makeover for example. It will take more for Prem to fall for Kalpi.
