Jeevika's reaction to the name 'Manvi'

Who does Jeevika want to spend the aane waale janam with? Everyone expected her to say Manvi but instead she chose Viren. She wants their togetherness in every life. Beauty of this particular scene? Jeevika's reaction to Chachi saying 'Leh I thought you would say Manvi'. Her expression was like 'Huh? Manvi?', as if the thought never crossed her mind. Then she went to clarify that Manvi is a part of her and till there is a Jeevika, Manu will also be there some way or the other.

The meaning of the statement is quite blatant yet still very deep. She expresses her desire to be with the man she loves but she also makes it very obvious that she can't even think of herself without Manvi. It's a given that no matter how many times Jeevika is born, no matter where and in what situation, Manvi will be there too. Viren is that external support she wishes for while Manvi is an internal need. It's not a desire, it's a necessity. That's why I found her facial expressions to Manvi's name so interesting. As if she was saying...why would I have to want her with me when she's already within me.

If this show was a book then I'm sure I could end up writing an essay on how deeply complex this relationship is but alas it's an Indian drama.

Sometimes I think the word "LOVE" pyar, chota ho gaya hai inke aage... Pyar toh hum sabse karte hain.. par inka rishta sab wala nahin hai.. Ise pyar nahin IBAADAT kehte hain :):)

If someone is shocked or surprised pleasantly or unpleasantly for taking Viren's name and not Maanvi's then I would say they never UNDERSTOOD JeeMan

When M is J's aatma and J is M's dhadkan ... won't they be together .. residing in each other..when M is J's astitva or reflection .. why does she need her separately ..

J's every breath is a proof that M is with her.. as simple as it is..

Mannu's sting of pain behind her smile was done outstandingly brilliant by Nia⭐️ .. she was taken back when her di did not take her name.. she was broken inside..though on the outside she was smiling that she is no more No.1 in her Di's list ...,.

(if I could read it correctly ) infact J's explanation made Mannu overwhelm with sorry, for misunderstanding or being disappointed with her Di's answer (reg. Viren) and also she was overwhelmed with unbound pride of holding such a place in her di's life where her di considers her as her integral part.. 2 bodies 1 soul...

Mannu expressions were brilliant within those few moments from being disappointed to pride and love- and I agree with JeeHa .. Love is very small compared to JeeMan .. I don't have the word.. though JeeHa says it to be IBAADAT

Viren, as her love she would want to live her life and beyond with him,, but Maanvi is Jeevika is Maanvi (your own line Reemaji)

I agree their relation is indeed very complex .

I hadn't watched the scene so I can't really comment. But like Neha said they are: Do jism, ek Jaan. Viren is someone who supports her and she loves him whole heartily but Maanvi is also a necessity she cannot live without and is within her.

well written...yeah the reaction of jeevika was superb.maannu is her life & there is no need to tell that in next janam my heart will be with me...but she could expect viren for everytime as life partner...common kisiko bolneki jarurat hain kya main aur meri zindegi ek sath rehenge zindegi var...her life is maannu...so she managed everything very warmly as viren ji vi khush aur maannu vi khush aur sab khush to jeevika bhi khush
