Is jeevika 3 weeks or 3 months pregnant?

Viren told the Dr. Mehra that she is 3 weeks pregnant, right? Or did I hear wrong?

But the next day doctor tells Jeevika that she can donate after 7 months, which means she is 3 months pregnant.

If she is indeed 3 months pregnant, even if she wants to abort she cant abort. Abortion can be done only during the early period, right?

Which means: No abortion..
