Do you use a hard or soft mattress?
A hard one, it helps me sleep better.
Do you have a cluttered bed? The moment it gets cluttered, I clean it up. I like my space to be neat.
What's your favourite kind of sheet?
Satin, nothing beats the fabric.
Do you need your eight hours or can you get by with power naps through the day? I need my eight hours, it keeps me energised to carry on working through the entire day.
Is there one bed thing you carry with you everywhere?
No.
Do you keep your phone on silent at bedtime? No, my family likes to keep in touch with me so I cannot afford to keep it on silent or switched off.
Do you sleep with a light on somewhere? I cannot sleep when the light is on. I switch them all off and draw the curtains too so that no light enters the room.
