This would lead to closing almost every post made except fanfics... if everyone is okay with it, we can try it out and start closing all topics with any posts that compare the couples/actors...

reason : to praise one person it is not necessary to say/compare others and say they were not so good . bcoz when a person does so he is not criticising but trying to show that his/her fav is better than others .. also this forum has less neutral viewers so there are less chances of genuine criticism .. so whenever a criticising post comes up it is mainly with the intention of bashing ...


also I have seen some members who make clear bashing posts about actors time and again and yet those people hAve not been banned .. i dont understand WHY ?? let me name one : ktrocks .. this person has made VARIOUS bashing posts about Nia even last week again he came up with a bashing post .. may I plz know why has this person not been banned yet ??

these are links of two bashing topicS he made about Nia in a gap of just 3 days .. and this is not all , I hardly visit this forum and whenever i visit I see this person has made a bashing post about Nia .. just look at his guts man .. I want to know WHY MODS LOVE HIM SO MUCH THAT THEY HAVENT BANNED HIM YET ??

Well, every bashing instance gets you a warning PM, then next one gets you a WL raise... After 5 WL raises, you get a ban. That is the standard procedure for everyone (unless an MID case and/or a self-ban is asked for by a member).


and yes the mods here are biased .. whether you agree or not , fact remains a fact .. and I dont need to prove it coz your actions says it all ...A bashing or even criticizing post about Krystle comes up , it gets closed in just hours and a clear bashing post about Nia is closed after days .. the time zone problem is just an excuse bcoz there are bashing posts abt Nia/ Kushal that have lasted for days ( more than 24 hours you see ) .. so kindly try not to be biased IF POSSIBLE

We'll keep your views in mind, however we already do try to be as fair as possible, but as I mentioned, we will never be able to please everyone. We've been called biased by all fangroups at different points (which is kind of impossible because we can't be biased to everyone). I actually no longer watch the show and have no leanings towards any couple or actor. But I do want to point out one fact (that the older members on the forum will remember), that before I was made a DT (and sometime after that), I read pretty much all the VirMan fanfics written. That should say something!

Both topics that you pointed out were indeed closed within 24 hours... actually if you check the times, they were closed within 12 hours! Also, there is a difference between bashing and criticism and if we don't find bashing in certain posts, then we let them stay open.

You have clearly mentioned that there is a line b/w constructive criticism and plain bashing.What happens here most is topic maker may start a topic constructively criticizing character/actor but as soon members of X or Y fangroup enters(who dislikes particular actor/character) ,the topic would soon enough turn to a bashing fest.Ppl must realise taht when u write essays about the right for criticizing a character/actor same treatment would be metted out to ur favourites.There is a superiority complex among some members.Its like our choice can be never wrong,our favourites are too good to be criticized and all.No one is perfect.One's treasure maybe another's trash.Especially when it comes to acting,its purely subjective.I may find some one loud or OTT in a scene but other person might find it best performance ever.Many ppl are fine with criticisms as long as its not their favs who are being criticised .But as soon as someone open topics questioning acting of one's own fav , the attitude is like " they are criticizing my favourite only becos they are insecure".Thts not right.If you guys are dishing it be ready to take it.This is an online forum and fights happening here is not an issue affecting ur life.Not worth all the time,effort and hate.

I request the Mods to take immediate action on instigating posts of members made with agenda to initiate arguments b/w fan groups.Its a kind of entertainment for some ppl to rile up fans.Well its better if that section of members find some other way to pass time and spare the decorum,peace of forum.
