In contrast, Manvi's meandering ways of living life even if accident prone, are full of freedom and heartfelt for Viraat. He is a musical person and thus Manvi's energy and not her accident prone faults soon become his life.
So when Swamini starts insulting that notion of life for Viraat, it is too much for Viraat to take it. He is not only defending his notion of life, he is also attacking Swamini's notion of life living in her boundaries. Btw even Swamini loves music. But she is more into listening the classical one. Whereas Virat is the composer...free style I guess.
Yes, it is wrong of Viraat to talk back. But it was also wrong for Swamini and family to push Virat to the wall, so much that he had nothing left but to attack.
He hates the rules of the house so much that at the very first ooportunity, he grabs it to break and unfortunatelym the bali ka bakra is always Manvi.
Like the fireworks bursting through Manvi to break Diwali monotonous protocol.

He was just pushed to the wall. Its totally in Viraat's character. He will keep quiet and absorb anything until it is sane. When it starts becoming insanity, he always shows his mind to all, even Maanvi. Maanvi though bubbly with all energy doesn't have Viraat's strength to withstand negative energy, She needs Viraat's protection... else she ends up playing hide and seek games which are irritating and vexing to everyone for creating the misunderstanding.
