ahah, I know exactly what you mean by that. So a woman gets married and now she must disregard her family who were with her most of her life and now accept this family as a 'replacement' 🤔 why cant it be treated equally? but I don't think she really meant what she said. We all know deep down inside, Jeevika can't forget her family who raised her (:

and when a girl talks like she's property 🤣 are they trying to insult themselves? 🤔

Well I always find such dialogues too 18th century as well...
Its not true at all in reality especially in 21st century..but oh well they always go over the board in the shows and this one is toh on SP which always portrays the epitomy of bhartiya nari 😆

I have seen my cousin's wife and the way she balances between our family and her maayka and its a tough job, but I guess isliye we always say that Women always makes the sacrifices and yet always remain strong!

@ Ashi: i agree...girls need to find a balance...sometimes its easier said then done...but they have to try...why even say something like that...i mean...it will really hurt her own family...

@ iPayal: she probably was...but then that makes her fake...know what i mean...not fake like stupid fake...but fake in a gullible way...😆

@ shootingstar: ooo! i like the word you used..."replacement"...good one!! 👏

@ Kruti: very true...SP does the bhartiya nari a bit too much...its been played out for years!! self-sacrificing and all...bleh!! 🤢...and omg! i love your Asher/Khirad siggy!!

In her head she's most probably thinking 'Oh this is how Beeji put it so this is must be how it is...I'll be fine and I'll adapt to this new family to make it my own' but Jnawaz like you said soon she will be phoot phoot ke roying for Manu.
