Ah...Very well written, Ayesha 😊...I like the way you've interconnected every character's thought process and converged it all at one focal point - Jeevika's life. Jeevika is quite the 'object of action', even without her realizing it. Beeji, Swamini and ultimately, Maanvi seem to be the 'cause of the action'.

When we take a closer look at their decisions, none of it was premeditated, right. All three of them, just seem to have given in to some sort of impulse. Maanvi's act was the trigger for Swamini, Swamini's words put Beeji into the thinking mode and Beeji's words did the needful to keep Maanvi away from the wedding. Its more like a cycle of decisions delivering a blow to Jeevika's happiness at each and every level, finally leading to her ultimatum - No wedding without Maanvi.

But i guess, we might get an answer tomorrow, as to whether Beeji, Swamini and Maanvi's decisions where for better or for worse. Barring Swamini, the other two are definitely answerable to Jeevika and they will have to come up with a plausible reason to convince her. Its Jeevika's turn to undo their decisions in tomorrow's episode.

Agree with you, Madhu. In fact...u've said it all. Nothing left for me to add.
Its all like one thing led to the other and everyone did what they could do in those circumstances.
No one was at fault...but somehow, the turn of events became such that certain decisions had to be made...thinking that they were the best suited...but the judgement went wrong (esp. by Beeji)
Thanks a lot for reading and liking my post. Enjoyed reading ur comments 😊

Just watched today's epi and wanted to vent.. well I loved Dabbu- Manu scene as usual.. Manu first being overbearing as usual and then softening as Dabbu in his characteristic cuteness gave her all info and how diligently did he go around click random pics🤣 wanted to pull his cheeks..

besides that.. I almost had a kill me expression through Jeevika's sappy rant.. Can they have less cheesy lines sans atma and dhadkan etc.. I mean we get it.. sounds so 60s movie seriously.. 😆 I cld relate to her lines abt how do i face her all my life for being so selfish and going ahead with it.. and moreover face my parents after death.. chalo m all for her taking a stand.. but like I said ultimate raita faylaoed.. and amidst all this I felt for Viren who had no clue.. and gets the best wedding gift..😆

but coming to my most unpopular take.. how offensively snarky and smug was Virat.. oh how I miss Kools' take on tht behavior..😆 he was pissing me off with his attitude.. as it is he was jumping to conclusion and what was with that tone he was speaking to his bua with.. and wow what a vote of confidence for his own family member over others like he always expected his bua to be the devil and victimize others..😆.. I cld so see my mom's reaction to such smug behavior.. had I given this tone and attitude to my mom she wld have felt no need to explain.. moreover wld have told me to sit and sulk in the parking lot if tht suits me.. but only come to the wedding after dropping that attitude.. what is he - a teenager.. whatever happened to manners.. his snarkiness was a real put off today.. dadaji and swamini both were rather cool headed for tht behavior..

now obv amidst all this ruckus Wadera family will join the Panchayat and Swamini will clear things out.. much ado about nothing really.. and they spend 4 days on it.. good lord..

Despite the dig at Virat I don't know why but i totally agree with all of it!
And I love love love the way you write...
You should write more on the main forum too! It lacks good discussion topics!
Cheers:)

@Ayesha
I don't agree with the opinion that Maanvi committed a grave mistake...It's a wedding...And these things happen...And are meant to be taken with a pinch of salt!
When a woman with the maturity(an implication of her age and therespect she garners) of Swamini reacts in the manner she did thats's when things go awry! It would have been more gracious of her to just smile through all the supposed pain of being humiliated!! Just coz she belongs to a family with higher status and a bigger bank balance does not give her the right to publicly humiliate others...It's not quid pro quo you see...And the walkout was totally unjustified!
And since when has "Pls keep her away from ME" become equal to "Please keep her away from the WEDDING"...Beeji's action was unjustified...She misinterpreted Swamini and then committed a crime...Am not trying to sound melodramatic...But the entire decision is so unreal...And just a TRP gainer thing...

I was totally not making a dig at Virat😆 but its just me.. I come across a little strong worded for things that put me off.. bad behavior is like bad odor in my dictionary.. just cant handle it.. esp with elders.. like I said tht kinda snarkiness wld be shown the door by my folks at any given point and time.. in spite of how old or independent I am.. I am glad you see sense in it.. the whole forum seemed to have missed this basic point of good manners represent good upbringing in their enthusiasm of Virat's gesture which was defo noble.. the implementation is what was rather childish..

thanks for the compliment tho.. appreciate it.. wld try to write as and when I find a connect with something..😃

First of all, thanks for commenting, Priyanka.
I really respect your POV. Difference of opinion is the pre-req of healthy discussions...and it makes them all the more interesting. So, i'm glad that u wrote ur take here.
I agree with you on the point that a lil bit of ups n downs do happen on weddings...and one should not take them to the heart as such. BUT...there is a limit to everything. Anything n everything cannot be done in the name of fun.
I believe that Manvi crossed the line on the sangeet ceremony. It wasn't humorous...there wasn't the element of "fun" there...it was a direct, personal attack on Dadaji..as well as Swamini. Kudos to Dadaji who didn't utter a word and sat through the entire thing.
Coming to Swamini...as per me...she handled the whole situation with a lot of dignity. Her convo with Virat n then Beeji..she wasn't rude, she wasn't harsh...but YES, she doesn't want a repeat of all this in future...and can't see every xyz person saying weird things abt her family. I don't think anyone in her place...could have just smiled sitting there n getting insulted...so, I support her completely there.
If i remember correctly, she didn't publicly humiliate anyone 😕 And to make it a point that she doesn't do so..she walked from there. The matter was talked abt in private...b/w her n Virat n then...her n Beeji. In fact...in that skit..the Vadera's were humilitaed in front of their guests
Abt Beeji...yes...she over reacted, maybe coz she doesn't want any hitch in the wedding. In yest's epi...she herself admitted that what she did was wrong...but it was HER way of dealing with the issue.
