It is like sleeping or living with the enemy. Both protagonists and antagonists living in the same house, talking and behaving as if everything is ok atleast superficially. It is really amusing.

I loved the interaction between Rajnath and Dev over a cup of tea..

Sleeping with the Enemy...this title actually suits Sakshi and Rajnath the most! They are enemies, Sakshi is the blackmailer and Rajnath had to marry her to keep her mouth shut.
They hated each other, still they were sleeping together and had 2 kids! 😲🤢

As for the rest, Durga, Dev and Suchitra may still live in the same house as the evil Goenka trio but now their swords are drawn, battle is out in the open!

Dev and Suchitra are no longer deaf and blind as far as Sakshi-Rajnath and Shaurya are concerned.. They know the enemy now and these adversaries are barely civil with each other.

Yet they good Goenkas never seem to see and hear the loud conversations and arguments that take place between the bad Goenkas in the open in their living areas!
Bloopers or bad writing and direction?

Raj and Sakshi sleeping together to produce 2 children just reflects the extent to which both are prepared to go to attain money, power, status, reputation , recognition or whatever they are after.

I don't believe for a minute that the Raj made Sakshi sleep with him by holding a gun to her head( just saying!😉), both did it knowing fully well what the deal involved. Two adult and consenting partners.

Both had their own agendas besides the common goals mentioned above.Raj wanted to buy Sakshi's silence and avoid exposure with the tape. Sakshi wanted to procreate with Raj so that he never leaves her, and she has more tools in her kit to manipulate Raj all her life. And of course retain the Goenka name and all the trappings .

So why blame Raj alone as more the evil one ( as is the current fad on the forum). Both are equally guilty and need to be equally punished.
It is not about gender or sexism .It is simply about psychopthic tendencies which both the bedding partners have displayed in ample measure.

Sakshi has obviously done the 'bedding' before when she married Rehmant Khan to get what she wants.( yet she should be left alone!- another fervent plea on this forum!)

Interesting title and post TM!😊

Bangles
Raj is called worse because he is from a family, he had a good upbringing. And had a brother like Arnab whose guidance he could have taken.
Unlike Sakshi who is an orphaned street waif who grew up in shady circle. Her desperation is atleast understandable. But not Raj's. Raj is plain bad apple who had it all but still deviated to wrong path.

Nobody justifies Sakshi.

As far as kids are concerned, both had them together. But Sakshi atleast remained faithful unlike Rajnath who claimed to hate her yet made 2 kids with her and still slept with another woman who he called his true love and cheated her too by wrecking her marriage to another guy.
It is worse manipulation to tell another woman that you do not love the one you married yet have 2 kids with her and get other woman to protect those kids too/cover their deeds. Wonder why Raima never questioned him why he had 2 kids with Sakshi if he loved her (Raima) and hated the other?

Or either kids are not their own and they deceived each other.

Sakshi's bedding is not clear. Being married does not mean she had physical relationship with Rehmat. Even duration of their marriage is not clear. Whether she killed him soon after marriage or not.
Rajnath's bed games are talked of because they are evident.

Both are in it for money. But Rajnath's need was not that dire that he even killed for it?

Lastly, Rajnath has scenes where he openly encouraged Shaurya to bet on women, and thwarted Sakshi's attempt to scold him. So he very much deserves the brownie points he gets.

Fad in this forum were "poor Rajnath" posts which were in plenty and justified him or called him great lover or less evil. Plus absolved him of any responsibility as a father. Never seen you comment on psychopathic tendencies then.
This leeway given to him has roots in gender whether one accepts or not. His behaviour was justified as men will be men.
Shaurya also had his apologists for months despite rape being proven. And Durga was bashed for targeting him or not trying to improve him. All these factors combined reflect a bias in favour of men, forever giving them chances and benefits of doubts. Whereas women are only ones to be blamed. This esteemed forum first blamed Payal for lying about rape or having delusions that she was raped.
This trashing of woman characters warrants a point on gender. All deny it but posts reflect bias which they try to avoid admitting.

Lastly Bangles,
Sakshi would not have got a chance to blackmail Rajnath if he had not killed his elder brother. You talk at length of her manipulation with him but do see what started it. Mr Rajnath's heinous act.
Also why did he agree to her demand? Why didn't he get tape from her by hook or crook? He bullies or kils or counter blackmails easily. So what stopped him from dealing with this lone stranger woman?
That he ended up marrying her?

Plus he didn't find proof and couldn't chase her all these years? Why he let her be and had 2 kids? She has not hidden tape underground!

Sakshi was in it for money. Agreed. What did he remain in for? Better to get proof or have 2 kids to buy silence?

Atominis,
Both Raj and Sakshi are equally guilty.

No matter what their their background and circumstances were, both are psychopaths to the core. They have both used the opportunities that came by to exploit and manipulate each other. And they continue to do so.

Just look at their crime filled CVs.

Guilt is equal but it is worse when those who have it all, still take wrong path. Res ipsa loquitor applies to all.
I am aware of their CVs. I never called either of them as poor Rajnath or poor Sakshi.

I think Sakshi also has it all since so many years and there is no reason for her to be so mean. I would have understood if Sakshi is still poor and taking food from dogs' mouths.

I would have been sympathetic if her fight was with the moneybags like Rajnath and corrupt forces. But now she joined money bags and corrupt forces inspite of having it all by her crooked means.
