They were not in rape case.

They were relocated by Dev to other city to keep them safe.

Good questions.

On a slightly different note I've wondered about the show's writers using Goenka's of W Bengal/Kolkata as the central characters in the story. There is a Bengal based Goenka group, so were they OK with this?

Its a bit odd to use real names in real places to characterize such darkness and moral corruption

Thats why the show deserved at least 6 months more if not a full year. CVs spent too much on unnecessary naach gaana dupatta flying stuff. Now I feel it really is too late. Don't hope for answers Anu. Inn sawaalon ke jawaab kabhi milne nahi waale.

@Anu I am not expecting any answers to the questions you raised though all of them are valid. I have stopped thinking as far as the show goes as now it is only 24 epi left. I hope atleast they address the major culprits and bring them to book. That's all which is possible now.

It is really sad that another 3 months could have done wonders to the show.
