Suchitra lost her husband and lived at mercy of Rajnath and Sakshi. She probably doesn't want Dev to face any danger and would rather go to US and live safely there than get attacked by Goenkas.

Currently she looks like that only , but if she remains like this throughout the whole series then I'll say her character is the most poorly written one 😆
I feel (u can say hope too) her character will see a turn over & her true face will be revealed to be something else entirely 😆

If she's not , then whats really the purpose of her character ? 🤔 She doesn't do anything else except nodding her head to every XYZ person's comments 😆 if CVs doesn't use her character to bring some twists , she's not of any use . Dev still has some mission , finding Nitya & knowing truth , doesn matter how far he is from success . But Suchitra is plain black & white . She does nothing else than nodding & smiling all the time 🥱 hope her character won't remain this boring & annoying till end .
