Is Dev insecure and a diffident guy - Page 2

Dev though talks about justice for Payal his eventual aim is to find Nithya. So if he knows Durga is Nithya ,he will marry her and can be coaxed to return to US.

Most probably Payal will be taken for care in a US hospital and Dev and Dayal would try to give her a normal life by marrying her off. I mean you can call it a solution. In a way Payal too gets a life and Nithya too gets a life. Goenka's wont disturb them as long as Dev does not create any problems for their so called waaris by staking claim on the Goenka empire, which we know Dev wont.

But Durga tells she does not want opportunity to be ahead of the mission. And she is correct too. Maybe today the US will be safe, but tomorrow for another flimsy reason Shaurya can do something and the father-mother duo will go any extent to protect him.

From Durga's perspective I feel she wants both men that is Dr Dayal and Dev to know one thing. She wants punishment for Shaurya. She wants proper justice for her sister Payal and she is willing to go any extent for that.

If they want her, they can get her only if they support her mission of justice for Payal in the way she thinks is the justice, not the way they think justice is done.

After wooing Shaurya and getting him obsessed with her it will be very tough to live a happy life with Dev in any part of the world without the other frustrated family member bothering them. This devar will create problems as he will always consider it as a defeat at hands of brother over a girl and a big blow to his ego.

Dayal must stop getting obsessed with Durga's face and learn of her guilt and need to get justice for dead parents and marauded sister. This might be a light matter for him but not for Nitya whose own actions or ignorance in some way led to this issue.

Even in front of Dev she is remarkably calm and composed, though her feelings are showing in her eyes.

And Dev he needs to fight, he needs to prove himself and I somehow feel Durga is actually giving him a second chance to prove that email wrong.

She needs proof now no sweet talks, yes locket, his staright forward talk etc etc has made her decide to leave him from her target list, but if Dev wants Nithya now he should be giving her the proof of his loyalty to her mission. Is he willing to take the hard path with her.

She has given him all tools to understand what has happened and why she is behaving the way she is. Will he be able to stand up to her knowing everything. I guess the track is proceeding towards that. Even as a viewer I also want to see Dev's stance.

I like Durga's steadfast commitment to cause of justice.

Had Dev used his brain more then he could have found out she was Nitya. Like how does she know what Nitya faced? Why Payal pointed to her as Nitya? Why is she taking such personal care of one particular rape victim? He never noticed her teary eyes. Never noticed any familiarity when she joked with him or they ordered pizza and tea in the restaurant.

He's never asked the right questions whether it was about Nitya or Shaurya. No wonder he never arrived at right answers either.
