Rape is a bigger crime than murder..
A murderer kills the victim,while a rapist leaves his victim to die a death everyday.
Specially in a society like ours,where people look down upon the victim than loathing the rapist.
And moreover,getting the rapist behind the bars is a big deal,since once the victim goes to the court,her character is assasinated more n more.

Although I dont believe that a woman's pride,dignity, ''Izzat'' lies between her legs,but such is our society,that they make sure,even if the victim is strong enough to deal with it,they never let them get back to normal,with their taunts n all..

Only punishing the rapists wont change anything,we need to educate people..

Very true. The victim is left to die a painful death everyday by reliving the incident over and over again. One never fully moves on from such a traumatic experience. It alters you forever.
You're right. Getting trialed is more humiliating for the victim than the culprit because he/she has to open their wounds themselves for the entire world to see.

It definitely doesn't lie between their legs, but as you said, it's very unfortunate that our society fails to understand that anybody can be a victim. Nobody wants to be one. So they should step back and think before passing judgements. People need to be educated to understand that if someone is raped, it is NOT their fault. Nobody deserves it.

I sincerely hope that the message the CVs are trying to give through this show gets across. If anything can educate people regarding sociological issues these days, it's the various forms of media.

Shaurya is the Devil in disguise. If and when his parents ever realize this fact about their son, it'll already be too late.

I believe the Goenkas will bring their own downfall, Durga/Nitya just has to be a catalyst that's it. I hope that she pulls when the time is right before she gets too entangled in this whole mess.

The worse part is that the victim should not be disgraced. It's not like they asked to be raped. Who would want to go through such a horrific experience? It's really sad to witness the inner workings of this society that lead to people treating each other with less mercy and more judgement.

I feel Durga is already too entangled in this mess. In a way, she can't be blamed either. The Goenka's are a nasty piece of work. And they will definitely dig their own grave soon.
