Dev's visa issues to get back to India - Page 2

in some episodes they showed that raj told someone to not to let dev come back in india. and his visa got expired. goenkas are powerful so they did something with dev's visa so he could come because he wanted to come. and the email i think was sent by sakshi or raj. they are the antagonist and they are evil they can do anything. lets watch it soon all the mysteries ll be unfolded one by one.

Yes, there are too many unanswered questions to really add up to his suddenly coming back and getting this urgent need to see what happened to his friend.

I agree on your part that Dev cannot have visa issue to come back to India if he is an Indian Citizen. But the story could be other way round too. Actually, I'm an Indian citizen living in the U.S. on F1 student visa. And here if any student's VISA is expired they can still live in the U.S. legally until unless they have a valid i20 (which means a document issued by university to the student) but THEY CANNOT TRAVEL to their country and IF THEY DO they need to get their visa RENEWED for which chances are very less to get. Same thing goes on with Work Visa (H1B) too.

So in DEV's case, I'm not sure that in the serial he is shown as a indian citizen or a U.S. Citizen but if he is shown as a indian citizen then he might be scared to travel India because he will not get U.S. visa again.

Because newspaper will only provide the synopsis, it is only through RTI ( US-FOIA) one can obtain information only if it is not redacted. Usually the witness names are redacted. In USA, there is a paid site- PACER or so- where you can get most of the information on a particular case but again the witness names are protected. Dev is doing right by taking the help of a lawyer who could sneak him these protected documents and show which witness said what and that info can only help Dev know who is the real culprit.

All serials have so many loopholes, but my aikm of poiting this out is beacuse this serial is so well planned so far and this whole DEv being back and his reasons for not being around is putting the serial a little off for me.

I like the actor and durga's chemistry but I feel the makers should have worked more logically on his return.

Doesn't matter how rich you are in INDIA, if you are enrolled in a US university as a student, you have to be on F1 visa. It is not about the student loan, it is about proper documentation for a legal stay in USA.

ya beginning when dev entered n his helpless story cvs didn't explain well.even if given as it's beginning as d story progresses dev helpless side story cv trying to give explanations but ya it's not convincing. seems like for love angle for trps n stretching story cvs intro dev as love interest of durga as suddenly durga needs a man shoulder in her revenge lol. I talked abt dev issue in my prev post named where dev went n has many views but very few replies n seems ppl didn't get my point. this dev angle in d story is clich more like in bolly films. seems cvs hinted also in today episode as durga got dream of she will come out frm chakravyuh n she questioning who will help her to come out n d knight in d armour who saves her will be dev Lol.

Even if his visa problem was real, he did very little effort in contacting his friend, especially since he may have some love feelings for her also.
Shaurya has only lust for Durga, and yet he tries by all means (most of them immoral and illegal) to be next to her.
Dev's behavior does rise some questions, but maybe it's due to usually bloopers that come along with each and everyday soup opera.
