It is being mentioned again again that PAYAL was raped... Rape is forcing somebody do it... But Payal was equally a part of it... Shorya never raped her ... He never forced her... Yes he did use her. But I don't think betrayal is a crime in any country. The reason.I think Shourya got released because Payal was a part of what she did... She was equally responsible for it. Yes it's sad that she was cheated instead.

Or maybe something else happened too... We don't really know ?

Actually I have so many questions ???, but I guess I have to wait for the show to answer them .

i think its to early to judge we dont have enough information on what happened between payal and shaurya expect for the fact

- that payal is in a mental institution

- her reputation was publicly slandered

-and that shaurya won the case

slowly as the past events unfold we will get a clearer picture of what actually happened between the two

yes we have to wait till story unfolds
they also need trp
so they can not show shaurya as mere rapist.
becoz if it happens people wont watch it

now evryone hoping there will be another side
the truth
