They do have their own song for S2 if you don't know, but they keep playing S1's title song and the emotional flute bgms, which to be honest doesn't suit the new season. Season 1 will always be superior for me and yeah, I will always be salty about the fact that we had so much left to watch but they snatched it from us. The channel could have tried to convince Nikita to stay, I don't know why, it feels like they were waiting for a chance to wrap the show.
nikita would have continued if they gave her proper time to recover.. the ph and the channel both were at fault.. the time when nikita got hospitalised i remember a lot of actors and that too lead actors got hospitalised for dengue including divyakna tripati.. yhm had more than enough pre-produced episodes to fill up her absence whereas edkv used to shoot scenes just 2-3 days prior to the episode.. to start with the ph was new and they didnt know how to manage shooting hours and then the channel also kept asking them to change the story which results in scrapping out already shot scenes... i remember namik saying they shot a lot before the aditya track but has to reshot as the channel said to change the story.. namik said shravan does confess his feelings to sumo after ramnath blackmails her and they even shot all that but got changed since the channel didnt want it..
i guess the channel and the ph had some sort of problem going on at that time and nikita became the scapegoat..
