Part 10
Three days later Suman saw Aarav back to himself smiling and laughing again ! Shravan was gone out of town for the past three days and was busy with some cases but would text her getting updated about her nephew's health .Suman felt sad that he still wasn't communicating like he once did but was sure if he was still in town he would have made an effort to come by .. She didn't know how to go about it , it was annoying and frustrating as their hearts just yearned for each other. They were both hurt both the solution lied within them to make things better again!
Later in the afternoon she took her nephew for a walk .Suman knew Aarav loved going to the park and watch the birds fly . She strolled around wearing her casual jeans and casual white cami with her hair in a bun.
"Hmmm do you think he's still angry? Or maybe he thinks I'm still angry ?"she asked Aarav who was facing her in the stroller gurgling trying to communicate
"I know you miss him, I also miss him a lot and I know whatever he said , he didn't mean it .He was frustrated and ...probably jealous or insecure that invited Aditya."
Aarav's lips curved up "No ..Im not angry anymore chikku , It hurt at first but Im ok now ."She smiled " I mean he came to the hospital to see us and be by our side.And I know not matter what he will always be there for us and we can't let him go so easily "She explained with a sweet blush
They continued to stroll as she kept talking to her nephew as he gurgled away enthusiastically responding back cutely
"But He probably patched up with his ex fiance! He went shopping with her then dinner!"She sounded annoyed "Stupid ! Idiot! I told him that she doesn't deserve him!" She scold upset looking at Aarav's' mouth close
"I don't like her! Yes she's beautiful and attractive and urgh! She's not right for him !"She explained to Aarav who moved his arms "No I'm going to fight her ."
Her nephew continued to gurgle "No I'm not jealous ...ok maybe a little because I don't want to see him with someone else!" Aarav smiled "I guess I know how he was feeling now ..and it sucks." She said pouting cutely stopping by the lake .
Suddenly her phone rang it was Pushkar who was inviting her to Ramnath and Nirmala's 32nd anniversary party .
"Listen Miss Suman you have to come to this party! Shravan bhaiya's been sulking for more than one week!Trust me if you come he will be so happy!"
"I don't know Pushkar, we haven't been talking that much and maybe he's still angry at me ?"
"Are you kidding me? He thinks you're still upset and doesn't know if you will forgive him so easily , he's kind of scared that you won't accept his apology and I think he's just hurt .."
She listened on pursing her lips sadly
"Suman "
"You can call me Sumo" she liked the fact that he was Concerned for Shravan she can tell that he was very close with him
He laughed "fine I'll start calling you Sumo if you show up !"
She took a deep sigh lost in her thoughts. She was missing him a lot and maybe it would be nice to meet his family who he talked about a lot .
"I really want to surprise him and if you come you'll definitely make his evening"
"Isn't he back with ...his ex ?" she asked coldly
He chuckled "no it's been over long ago but my mom insisted for one last try . Shravan bhaiya went to that dinner just so she can get off his case forever! And he proved a point by leaving that dinner and coming to you at the hospital ,to the person that matters to him the most . Do you know what he said on the dinner table ..?"
She frowned her brows "What did he say?"
"She's someone who I love dearly !She means everything to me and I would do anything for her"
When Pushkar told her this her heart gleamed and brought a huge smile on her face. Her heart just melted instantly and their argument became insignificant for her all of a sudden.
"I know he misses you a lot Sumo and if you come trust me he will be super happy "Pushkar emphasised
Suman smiled and looked down at Aarav's with her cheeks blushing "Ok , we'll come"

She went back home and put the baby down for a nap , she took this chance to take a shower and prepare her clothes . When Aarav woke up she gave him a bath "we are going to the Party.." he gurgled happily and moved his hands splashing the water making her giggle seeing her nephew's excitement . She dried him and applied baby lotion on his soft skin .
"I want my chikku to look the most handsome man there." She dressed him in a white shirt with a bow tie printed on it and comfortable black pants. She combed his hair gently and put-on nice small black shoes, she couldn't resist when she saw them at walmart. It was so fun dressing him up and he seemed to enjoy looking good.
"Now I have to get ready buddy, and you can't cry" she ordered cutely putting him in the baby seat . She wore a long a nice long maroon flowy dress, fitting her perfect curves. The back was deep yet classy showing her skin with two straps over her shoulder and baring her arms.
She remembered designing this dress for one customer who rejected it so she took it ! It had a nice delicate beaded design on the straps and on the side . She looked at Aarav who was busy looking at her jewellery stand on her dressing table. She giggled and started making her hair in a pretty up bun with a side braid and wavy strands dangling from the side .She was quick at making her hair , she learned from her Aunts Hair Salon! She put on her mascara making her eyes look more enchanting and applied a nice shade of lipstick. She looked in the mirror satisfied and glanced at Aarav was watching her attentively. He was behaving so good while she was getting ready.
She finally put on her high heels and stood in front of the long mirror "not bad Sumo .." she came in front of Aarav "so how do I look?"
He moved his arms and legs happily and gurgled trying to speak "thank you ,you don't look bad yourself ..who helped you?"
He moved his head upwards speaking cutely in his baby language "That's right I did" she caressed his cheek and kissed them lovingly "you're the most handsomest guy I ever met you know that !"she said buckling him securely in his seat .

Shravan was in Pushkar a room wearing his black dress shirt with a black blazer ,with his hair neatly combed back looking fresh and handsome . He sat on the bed checking his phone
"She won't pop out the phone no matter how many times you check for her message"
"You know what! Screw this! Im going to meet her, enough is enough! I have to tell her how I feel!"
"Come on bhaiya it's your parents anniversary party, the guest have started coming you should be down there greeting them .."
"Pushkar! You don't understand, It hurts when I don't talk to her and I was out of town for three days and didn't even get a chance to speak to her again after the hospital meeting .I feel like crap ! I mean I didn't even say hi to her at the store and didn't even speak to her properly . I don't know what got into me .She told me not to speak to her so that's what I did ..."
"You had an ego problem! Both of you actually and its understandable you both were still thinking about the argument so .."
"I hated the idea of another man staying with her it just pissed me of and get upset at her!"
"Well you weren't really clear about your relationship with her so she didn't hesitate inviting him over .."
"I don't know ,I feel like she's still upset with me and she thinks that I'm with Riya which is not ever going to happen ...I miss her Pushkar , I know I overreacted but she should understand why I was angry! She didn't call me again after that evening and told me not to speak to her so ..I just ..."
"Let your ego get in the way .."Pushkar finished making Shravan look down
"When she said she doesn't want to talk to you again I'm sure she said it out of anger or maybe she was just really hurt from your words but I don't think she has anything against you anymore..I mean you know her more than I do ,she doesn't seem like someone who holds grudges for too long"
Shravan nodded "Your right, I should just talk to her and ..let her know how I feel .Its been too long" He said in his soft gentle voice thinking of her
Pushkar smiled " But first let's go down and see what surprises awaits you"
"Surprises?"He chuckled "The only ones receiving surprises tonight are my parents" he said walking downstairs with his cousin
The party was on full swing the back garden was decorated with white flowers lights, tables with chairs. A very spacious greenery covering the whole yard, guest walking around holding there drinks, few kids running around.
Pushkar arranged a driver to pick Suman up , she came out the car and her eyes widened up
"Woah!" She exasperated, the house was literally like a mansion! It was such a beautiful house with a marble tiles on the pathway towards the main door . The outside light illuminated the house and the carved stones .She came out the car and installed Aarav in the stroller clicking the seat in the stroller with the help of the kind driver .
"Thank you so much" she said sweetly as he nodded back
Suman started pushing the stroller yet still looked elegant and classy . She saw the guest entering from the side garden gates .
She was amazed at how beautiful the setting was, the lights flowers ,music , waiters were dressed nicely .The evening weather was so fresh and perfect the sun was setting and there was a nice warm breeze ravelling around .
She saw Pushkar near the entrance greeting he "Hi! I was expecting you !"
Suman couldn't hold her smile and nodded "Well you convinced me"
"Please come in ...hi little guy" he said caressing Aarav's cheek
Shravan was at the party but talking to some guest indulged in conversation. His eyes scanned casually around and some got his attention near the rose garden..It was Suman! He blinked a couple of times to be sure!! She was with Pushkar taking Aarav out the stroller and cradling him in her arms . She had a beautiful glow on her face and the smile that lit up the whole place! She looked gorgeous in her dress even while carrying a baby.She was fixing Aarav's shirt and hair sweetly making his heart sear to take her in his arms !
"Listen if you need anything don't hesitate in asking ,Ill go find Shravan" Pushkar said before looking for his cousin
Suman sat on the chair next to an elderly Aunty wearing a Sari and smiled feeling a little out of place she hardly knew anyone here !
Her eyes went on few kids running around and saw Aarav moving his arms excitedly .A little girl stopped nearby, she wearing a pink long dress with her hair in a cute ponytail
"What's his name?" She has the sweetest voice
"His name is Aarav but I call him chikku"
The little girl giggled "chikku ? Me I'm Ariya"
Suman's eyes twinkled , she knew exactly who she was, Shravan's been talking about her .It was his niece she was just like he described her, talkative yet cute!
Another little girl joined surrounding Aarav who seemed to love the attention .They were caressing his cheek and kissing him.
"His hair is so soft"Ariya said touching it gently
"He smells nice" Tina said who was the same age as Ariya
Suman was getting amused by the comments her nephew was receiving by the little girls .
Other guest saw how graceful Suman was handling the attention the baby was receiving. Shravan watched from afar and couldn't stop adoring her ,the way she was sweetly answering the questions and praising her niece , cupping her face gently and listening to her . He stood close by hearing their conversation. The girls each wanted a turn to hold the baby so Suman placed him on their laps yet didn't let go of him .
"Do you change his diapers?"Ariya asked curiously as Suman took him back in her arms.
"Yes I do .."
"Where can I get a baby?" Tina asked Suman innocently making her surprised
"The baby store silly! Mama said there's a baby store in the sky .."Ariya explained making Suman giggle as Shravan was approaching them and heard causing him to grin sweetly
"You can have a baby but as a brother or sister ..and only your Mom and dad can shop there.."Suman explained trying to be modest
The girls looked at each other and smiled "Let's get your dolls and play House House !"Tina suggested excitedly
"We be wight back Suman didi" Ariya said before running off leaving her smiling amused. She got up the chair with Aarav and her eyes beamed seeing Shravan standing in front of her . He looked so handsome in his black blazer as his gaze pierced on her longingly.
"Hi .."he said coming close
"Hi .."
"I'm so happy you guys are here !" He hugged them with much delight ! Aarav gurgled happily as Suman couldn't hold her smile .It was the sweetest hug ever as he embraced them together .She felt all the grudges just fade away at that moment.
"Careful don't squish him.." She teased as he moved back chuckling looking down at Aarav
"Hi champ..is your Maasi still angry at me ..?" he asked cautiously as her eyes softened on him
Aarav gurgled moving his head slightly sideways with a smile. Shravan looked at Suman feeling guilty ..
"Sumo ..Im so sorry ..I didn't mean to say those hurtful words ,I ..." He stopped feeling her finger on his lip shaking her head with her eyes glistening and slowly cupping his face with her right hand. Their eyes spoke for themselves, filled with regret yet love .
"Its ok and Im sorry too.."She said in a low whisper as he took her hand over his cheek and kissed them fondly yet deep .Suman watched on feeling her heart gleaming and her eyes twinkling tenderly
"I missed you .."he confessed warmly
She smiled with a blush "We missed you too"
They both gazed on wanting to just embrace each other again but Aarav's's gurgle bought them out their trance.
His gaze slowly shifted to Aarav "Looks like someone was enjoying the female attention" he said taking Aarav from her and teased him by tickling his abdomen as she watched on sweetly .She could see that he was missing her nephew just as much .
"Looking good Champ! You outdid everyone here" he praised hearing Aarav cooing adorably "Yes I know, your Maasi is looking very beautiful" His eyes went down to her as her lips curved up shyly , he realized she was wearing heels complementing his height ,he loved how she kept herself simple yet with a enchanting elegance .
"Vandy who's that girl ?" Kamini asked seeing Shravan holding a baby with a young pretty girl by his side .
Vandy looked on "Wow look at her dress ,it's so beautiful" She praised oblivious to Kamini's question
"He couldn't find anyone else? He chose a girl with a baby ?"
Riya came to see Kamini and looked at their eyes glued at the girl with Shravan
"Isn't she the girl he saw at the mall? She might be Sumo" Vandy noticed
"Omg ! It's her ! She's the girl he's dating" Riya said shocked "Is that his baby ?"
Kamini was confused "hein? Kuch Bhi ainvi!"
Pushkar came there "Hello ladies did you try the cabbage rolls" He said putting one in his mouth casually
"Pushkar ! Who's she ?" Kamini asked as her son's smile widened contently seeing both Shravan and Suman together finally!
"Oh Her! She's Suman I mean Sumo! Shravan's love interest" he cleared
Kamini was shocked thinking that there was no girl in his life .Riya and Vandy weren't surprised Shravan already confessed it in the restaurant that he liked a girl and yes she did exist!
"Omg! That's really her?" Vandy said happily
"Yup! And that's not her baby so don't make any rumours! It's her nephew she's taking care of him for a while" Pushkar cleared
"Why ?" Kamini asked curiously
"That I don't know maybe her sister is out of town ."
The ladies got there answer and watched on "I always found her very pretty especially after meeting her at the store " Vandy said sweetly as Riya glared on annoyed
"They look like a cute little family no ?" Vandy glanced at her mother in law who just rolled her eyes looking disappointed .She never thought that Shravan would actually have someone.
"I saw this baby shirt on special in Wal-Mart so bought it ,he seems to like it" Suman explained to Shravan causally getting into a sweet conversation about Aarav's clothes and health ..
Shravan was glad to have her by his side , "Come I'll introduce you to my parents .." Suman was glad that he was finally behaving normal with her .There grudge seemed to vanish as soon as they saw each other ,nothing was more important for them to be on good terms.
"Sure .. we got them a gift" she took out the gift bag under the stroller and held Aarav in her arms again. She walked by his side as he introduced her to his parents and vice versa .
"Happy Anniversary Aunty and Uncle" she said greeting them respectfully..
"Thank you so much beta " Nirmala said
"This is from me and Aarav" She said giving them a gift back, it was a picture frame.
"Thank you once again" Ramnath said warmly as his wife took the gift bag
"He is very cute" Nirmala said stroking his cheeks warmly "Shravan told me you were taking care of him while your sister was out of town."
Suman glanced at him and just smiled "yes I am , and really glad he's staying with me ,he gives me company" Aarav gurgled cutely hearing her voice that seemed to sooth him
"That is very sweet of you to do ,I'm really happy to have finally met you . Shravan's been talking a lot about you" she teased
Suman cheeks turned pink seeing how fondly his mom was looking at her .
"Please enjoy the party and if there's anything you need ask Shravan" Nirmala was already liking Suman . She had such a beautiful smile and her eyes gleamed innocently
"Don't feel shy here, make yourself at home" ramnath cleared blessing her by Patting her head fatherly
"Thank you so much" she said walking away with Aarav who was fascinated by all the lights
Shravan watched on seeing his mom winking giving him the approval and his father giving him a thumbs up !
Suman saw Shravan so excited as he was introducing her to the rest of his family . He took Aarav in his arms seeing her getting tired , he usual did this ,she never had to tell him , he just knew whenever she needed assistance .Vandy was already awed of her , Varun and lalaji were also glad to meet her .Kamini seemed a bit cold but still just smiled "glad to have met you Suman"
Suman smiled but new she was that aunt that wanted him to get back with Riya ! She looked up at Shravan who was holding her nephew in the air showing him the lights, he was fascinated with them.
"Shravan I'm going to give him something to eat before he starts crying"
"Sure let's go"
"Shravan puttar I'm sure she's capable of doing it by herself. You enjoy the party there's so many people here who want to meet you .."kamini said glaring at Suman
"She's right .Don't worry I'll handle Aarav ,it's your parents anniversary , I'm sure there are many important people here to see you"
Shravan gave his aunt a fierce stare "Kamini Chachi that's really thoughtful but I think your enough to entertain them .. and if I want to spend this whole evening with Suman I will do that , there's no guest here more important than her .." he stated still holding her nephew against his chest protectively .
Suman was taken aback and Riya looked on envious "Come sumo lets go" he held her hand firmly and guided her away from the ladies, her heels clanked walking away with him .
They sat on the patio with the comfy summery chairs . Suman was feeding Aarav his milk as Shravan sat next to her making sure she had a drink and a full plate of appetisers
"Can you put one in my mouth" she asked as her hands were full
"Sure .." he was about to make her take a bite when he ate it himself teasingly
"Shravaan!!Bhukar!" She insulted hearing him laugh
"Ok here .."this time she waited until he got close and quickly bit of the cheese rolls along with his finger
"Ouch !!Sumooo!!" He whined
"That's what you get for keeping a me wait" she said munching away
He laughed feeding her while she fed Aarav ,he felt good that she was back to herself with him .He couldn't asked for a better evening but to have her here with him.
Nirmala saw this and nudged her husband "Look at them, they seems so happy ! I've never seen him like this before"
"Seems like he made his choice" Ramnath said sharing a smile with his wife
Ariya and Tina came by showing Suman their dolls with a baby bottle , the girls sat with Suman enjoying watching her feed Aarav.Shravan took a picture finding this really sweet seeing them copy her .Shravan and Suman also got their picture clicked by a photographer finding them both a very compatible couple and even took candid pictures of them with Aarav.
During the party many aunties wanted to have a turn to hold Aarav he seemed to be Center of attention and he was loving it ! He did get a little scared seeing strange faces but as soon as his eyes fell on Suman and Shravan he relaxed finding familiarity.
"He is sooo cute !!" Few aunties cooed having their turn to hold him and we're informed that he was her nephew.
"He is definitely the Center of attention tonight" Shravan tease making her chuckle .
Later Shravan took them up to his old bedroom while carrying the baby cart, her eyes scanned his home at the same time.It was so big with long wide hallways and stairs.. He had a very modern bedroom very spacious with his own bathroom and walk in closest .She installed herself on the bed changing Aarav's diaper and put on his sleeping jumper.He started to move his arms and legs often these days making it a little bit challenging to dress him
"He must be tired after entertaining so many ladies" Shravan said helping her.
She hit his arm "shut up ! It's not his fault that he charmed them." she defended fondly
Shravan liked the fact that she was herself with him and somewhere when they saw each other again they let go of their ego and had a nice evening yet felt things were still left unsaid.
Shravan watched the beauty in front of him adoringly, he found her so attractive while taking care of Aarav ! She cradled the baby in her arms sharing gentle glances with Shravan who was laying sideways on the bed watching her lovingly .He felt his hear jumping happily just being with her . She leaned down placing a kiss on Aarav's forehead seeing him falling asleep and installed him in the seat rocking it lightly until he was really deep asleep ..
"You're looking at me as if you never saw a girl before" she teased getting off the bed with her rosy cheeks. Shravan looked on getting up with her
"It's just good to have you here with me .I feel like I haven't seen you in ages!"he admitted his heart searing for her..
Her eyes locked with his and pursed her lips "Its good to be here with you" She admitted before he held her hand guiding her to another private room . He opened his office room as she walked pass him roaming her eyes around. There was a big desk with a huge book shelf. The wood was shining under the lights and books were placed so perfectly. She smiled touching the dark fine coated wooden desk .
"It's my old office, my parents insisted on leaving my bedroom and office the way it was when I moved out . Sometimes I sleep over so I still have my room."
"It's really nice .. " she turned around to see him standing close . Their eyes met tenderly as she gulped once seeing a deep intense yearn in his eyes . The next second she feels herself getting embraced in his protective arms . She smiled and wraps her arms around his neck hugging him back ,cuddling her face close to his cheek. He leaned his face down to the crook of her neck taking a deep sigh of relief having her in his arms !
His lips involuntarily brushed her skin as he hid his head further in ,smelling her fresh feminine perfume causing a sense of solace within .She fondly racked his hair from the back feeling the love and ache they both emanated in that moment . They were missing each other so much and tightened their hold on each other never wanting to let go. It was so difficult for them for the past days ,it was just a empty feeling they felt without one another and realized how much they both needed each other .
He moved back still holding her "Sumo .. I'm so Sorry I over reacted" he stroke her soft cheek causing them to turn rosy
"You had nothing to worry about Shravan ...You just had to trust me .."she said holding the side of his neck firmly as he looked down at her
"I know, my insecurities got the worst of me ...I'm sorry "
"I'm sorry too , don't ever leave me again ! I hate it when you don't talk to me " she admitted sadly
"I don't like being away from you . I just couldn't stand thinking about another guy staying with you" he admitted "I kind of got jealous and thought it's better to keep my distance especially when you said not to speak to you again. I didn't mean to take control of your life it's just that I thought my decisions would be considered from you "
"I understand but we weren't even official so ,I didn't think there would be a problem ...I'm sorry I scream at you especially after everything you did for me . "her voice softened
"I should have just been honest with my feelings .."
"Then that would have been another story I wouldn't invite him and disrespect our relationship"
"Does He ..still like you ?" He asked looking on in a cute grumpy look making her smile
"No Shravan he doesn't and I made him Slept on the couch " She said stroking his cheek gently "my heart belongs to a lawyer who can be hard headed sometimes" she whispered against his lips as he held her close against him .
"Hard headed?"
"Yes but he's the most incredible man I ever met! And I won't let him go so easily" She admitted causing his heart to erupt with happiness.
He placed a kiss on her cheek and hugged her tightly letting his face tuck over her neck .Suman found this so sweet ,it was the first time he kissed her cheek causing them to flush. He couldn't hold himself nuzzling her skin and slowly started planting gentle kisses on the crook of her neck sending shivers down her spine delightfully .Her heart beamed enjoying his kisses ,she felt a sense of solace and warmth .She's never been touched in such affectionate way but ..it felt so honest and right! He was waiting to shower his love on her , and wasn't going to hold back !Especially after knowing how it felt to be away from her .
"I missed you Shravan" she whispered softly in his ear still taking in all the kisses he was placing on her smooth skin
"I missed you more" he whispered huskily in her ears . He felt her release a silent gasp as he placed long kiss below her jaw line
She was blushing happily ,as he let his lips brush against her smooth jaw .He moved back slowly as their eyes met longingly , he felt her chest rising against his abs as the anticipation escalated . Shravan and Suman felt a temptation overtaking their hearts and closed their eyes.
Without hesitation he pulled her completely by her waist and locked her beautiful lips with his perfect ones. Suman was surprised and gave in with the same intensity as their lips melted together tenderly. Her hands roamed over his chest towards his neck and racked his hair gently from the back as their lips played with each other pleasantly.
He loved the feeling of her frame against his body and the way she kissed him back . Shravan didn't want to release her soft lips, they were so addictive.
After few moments they released each other's lips and smiled beamingly . They both leaned their fore ahead together and felt their rampant hearts beats spreading excitedly in body .
"I love you Sumo"he whispered against her lips as they curved upwards joyfully
She held the side of his face firmly "I love you too" Her raspy yet alluring voice spreading heat within every inch of his flesh.
"I don't want to lose you Sumo ..."He didn't know why she had such power over him ,the love he had for her ran deep in his veins and didn't know how it happened but she was worth the wait! . He fused her lips over and over again making her blood coil ravishingly
"I'm yours ...and your mine" She said as they both smiled peeking each other's lips lovingly before kissing her again sweetly yet intense as their bodies arched with each other shamelessly .
She felt his hand moving up and down her bare mid back lovingly causing her to move her hands down to his chest and upward motion around his neck responding back with the same intensity
Her gasps and his groans made them deepen the kiss passionately holding each other possessively .They wanted to do this for so long and now it was happening they weren't ready to let go as they satisfied their desires.. He wanted to spend time with her it's been almost two weeks that they haven't interacted much! He wanted to shower her with so much love ! Especially after kissing her it sent him in a complete daze which never happened to him before! And made him crave for more , her skin and sweet lips were unstoppable!
Suman loved the way he kissed her like she was the only one for him ! Even if they just confessed she surrendered herself to him completely, he will be the first and last one to touch her .She never kissed anyone before but with him it seemed to come so naturally as his lips drew her in with much temptation! And his masculine body was so lean yet built feeling her petite frame fit perfectly with his made it more enticing! The way he was touching her as if he claimed her as his ...forever .

Shravan was sitting on his office chair and she sat in his lap sideways resting her head against his chest ,they cuddled together peacefully .
"Shravan I don't think I would have been able to take care of Aarav without you ,you have been my biggest support. Thank you for being there for me " she said kissing his cheek for a long moment making him grin happily enjoying her kisses !"You will always be my friendly stranger "
"Can we make it something else .."
She laughed cutely moving out his chest "Hmm my loving stranger "she said tightening her arms around him cuddling closer to his cheek
"Much better !"He said taking her hand and kissing them. They found such comfort with each other so fast as if they were waiting for this step in their relationship.
"We should go down before someone comes looking for you"she was about to get up
"Nooo let's stay here ,I like it here with you" He said naughtily pulling her back on his laps in the same position this made her grin amused yet with a blush
"I heard about that dinner, Pushkar told me what you said ." she said contently letting her fingers play with his hair from the back as he seemed to love it.
"It was the truth and they needed to hear it especially Riya"
"When I saw her with you I thought maybe ..you both .."
"No ..I was just doing it so Chachi could get off my case and finally it has !"
"I can't believe you were with a girl like Riya .What did you see in her anyway!" She sounded annoyed making Shravan chuckle finding her adorable
"I guess I was just tired of waiting for the perfect one and rushed into something that wasn't ever meant to be"
"What about now?" Her eyes twinkled
"Sumo remember you told me once, that I deserve someone better .." he reminded
She nodded her head looking into his deep eyes
"Well Im holding her in my arms right now and no one else matters to me anymore .She was worth waiting for.."He said huskily tightening his hold around her as her eyes softened on him hearing such a sweet confession.
"Shravan ..Im so grateful to have met you, your my first love and will be the last. I can never allow myself to love anyone else but you."She said placing a kiss over his stubble with much warmth and rested her forehead on the side of his face closing her eyes fondly glad to have found him .They knew what it felt like being apart and didn't want to go through that again. They continued to caress and kiss each other's cheeks completely lost in their own little world showering each other with affection...
After a while
"It's your parents anniversary, it's bad manners to leave the party ..."she explained cupping his face with much right !
"You're no fun!"He whined cutely making her chuckle adoringly and got up his lap
"Come on ! I'm sure many single ladies are waiting for you" she teased as he got up with her
"The only single lady I was waiting for .. was you !" He said in his husky voice nuzzling and kissing her rosy cheeks and trailing his lips down her jaw enthralling her in a wave of giddiness .She pressed her cheek gently against his lips invitingly .
They came out the office room and checked on Aarav who was still sleeping soundly . Shravan installed a baby monitor device that she carried in her baby bag it connected to his phone, they would hear him when he woke up ..
Suman fixed her hair and lips seeing them slightly swollen with her cheeks a beautiful rosy color .She wiped his lips that had a little bit of her gloss. He chuckled seeing her cover all evidence of making out with him! Though they didn't regret it one bit instead enjoyed it very much
They walked out the room crossing the long hallway; with their hands intertwined making their way downstairs. They informed one of the housekeeping to watch out of Aarav Wakes up.
The party was still going on in the back garden. "Kamini Chachi forget it ! Look at him with her ! There's no way we're getting back ! He's with a middle class girl who does babysitting"
"Actually she designs wedding gowns, she designed Martha smiths wedding gown .."Vandy informed hearing it from Pushkar .
"No wonder her dress is so perfect !"Riya said glaring
Shravan was introducing Suman to some of his clients and other far family members..She was very graceful and respectful towards them
"So Bhaiya! How did you like my surprise "Pushkar said handing her a drink
"You planned this?"
"Yup! I couldn't see you sulk like a baby so decided to call her ! You welcome by the way"
Shravan hugged him "The best surprise ever chote !"
Suman smiled warmly seeing such a sweet brotherly bond .They got into a conversation making jokes and pulling each other's legs ..
Vandy stole Suman away saying that few aunties wanted to talk to her . She happily went with her and stood near Nirmala
"So Nirmala told us you design wedding gowns ?" One aunty asked
"Yes I do , we customize them there mostly western gowns but sometimes I do add indo western fusion to my designs"she explained as Nirmala nodded happily all the ladies seemed to like her a lot as they praised her dress and asking questions about her profession
"Beta .. are you married yet ?"Manju Aunty asked curiously
"Uhh no not yet .."she had a slight blush
"Well my daughter is next" Pami said who was Riya 's mother "right Nirmala?"
"I don't think it's possible anymore Pamiji, My son has no liking for Riya it was over long ago we won't come back to that again .And he cleared it many time even though some people try over and over again to make it happen"she said shading Kamini who looked away annoyed
"I know my Shravan and I know exactly the type of girl he wants ..."
"A middle class girl right?" Pami asked looking at Suman who felt very angry
"What does class have to do with Love ?" Suman asked fiercely " A girls economic status doesn't contribute to a successful marriage ... Love and understanding does between two people .."
"My father was a lawyer from Dehli and my mother was from a village in Vridavaan . My dad fell in love with my mother and Married her even when it was against the society norm . My mother was not highly educated but told me to be with someone who will love and cherish you . She never talked about economic status and neither did my father. He said whoever goes against that norm is worthy of praise" she cleared as they all listened on
"There not in this world anymore but I will never forget their teaching." Her voice was firm
Nirmala warmly holding her hand "Your absolutely right and I'm sure where ever they are they must be so proud of you" She said hugging Suman like her own daughter .The ladies got the message and didn't have anything else to say. Soon Vandy and Riya were alone with Suman as the other ladies went to get some dessert.
"So ..how did you and Shravan meet?" Vandy asked in her cute curiosity
"It's a long story; let's just say that I'm grateful and lucky to have found him." She was not at all uneasy with Riya being there
"Does he not get boring sometimes?"Riya asked seeing if Suman actually saw the same thing as her .
"Boring?! Not at all! He's really fun to be with, and the sweetest guy I ever met." she said glancing at Shravan who was talking away with Pushkar near the bar table.
Riya saw a beautiful twinkle in Suman's eyes and smiled seeing how adoringly she stared at Shravan. She was actually feeling happy for him, she knew somewhere she lacked to give him an honest relationship but Suman seemed like the perfect girl for him.
"Im glad that he found you,Im sure you are everything he wanted " Riya said genuinely
Suman smiled nodding "I'm lucky to have found him. He truly is special ."
Vandy just smiled on seeing such love in her eyes
Shravan came there ,he put his arm around her waist making her startle a little but warmed up to his touch seeing him hold her close .
"Sumo ..come lets go get some desserts , we have your favourite cream puffs.." He announced knowing she had a sweet tooth. Suman liked the fact he wanted to do things with her .
"Lets go! But you have to stop me if I eat too many!" She said cutely making him laugh
"Sumo ,its never going to happen your still going indulge, last time you finished the whole box even when I tried to stop you !"He argued chuckling
"No I didn't you ate the other half Bhukar!!" They walked away continuing there cute bickering leaving Vandy and riya watch on adoringly.
They both had some dessert sharing their plate with much ease enjoying all the different pastries.
"You want to check on Aarav ?"His eyes glinted mischievously causing her to smile playfully
"I think he's fine, he'll be sleeping until midnight, I know my baby's bedtime routine" she whispered causing his lips to curve up impishly.
The party went on they ate and chatted away , she was enjoying herself ignoring some glares from some people .She had Shravan by her side and that's what mattered the most , they both got pulled in the dance floor by Pushkar . She danced gracefully with him as he was keep pulling her close to him after swirling her laughing and smiling open heartily. They both felt so at ease and happy together not wanting this evening to end because they were finally flourishing in their love.
The guest stared leaving and so did Suman ,she said her goodbyes and thanked his parents for having her . They were all glad to have met her and were eager to have her back again ! Shravan dropped her home along with Aarav who was still asleep .
She put Aarav in his crib as while he went to her kitchen getting a glass of water .
She walked out releasing her hair from the bun , her long hair waved down beautifully over her shoulder . He just gazed on finding her so gorgeous
"Thanks for the ride."She said approaching him
"Anytime .." he came close holding her against him , he was just aching to hold her and shower her with his love . He slowly lifted her chin up making her gaze in his eyes deep ones . They both glanced at each other's lips and slowly fused them fondly. They both had their eyes closed absorbing every inch of warmth and affection.
They finally locked their lips assertively , the kiss was sweet slowly becoming passionate, as his fingers buried in her long wavy hair deepening the kiss feverishly. Her back involuntarily hit the wall as he leaned closer against her, a one hand went down to her waist possessively. Her hands swayed over his chest rightfully and slowly locking them around his neck. She pulled him down racking his hair from the back craving for more and he obliged ! Their lips swayed synchronize tugging their bodies together with much enthusiasm. Her body was on fire , she felt her legs numb every time he touched her lips , but was grateful that his firm hold was keeping her up . So many unfamiliar feelings rose within her , it was satisfying and exciting all at the same time making her yearn to be touched by him and only him .They've been attracted to each other since the beginning and finally the searing tension between them seemed to be erupting intensely .
"I've been waiting so long for this.."He whispered after releasing her lips panting hard with their forehead leaning together. He felt like the luckiest guy claiming the most beautiful woman as his forever . He loved the way her body fit perfectly with him and the way her lips fused with his tenderly. And the way she blushed and gazed at him like he was her everything!
"Me too .."She said in a soft alluring voice yet lost in a daze .Usually their goodbyes were a long hug , many instances they just wanted to lock each other's lips but held themselves back . But Now they weren't shying away from it and delving eagerly .
Her skin was glowing beautifully and her eyes twinkled with much anticipation and excitement. They could still feel their hearts pounding hard yet pleased. He peeked her lips one last time before leaving. They said I love you's many times before he walked out kissing her cheek leaving her flushed once again.
Suman was one happy girl! She grinned biting her lower lips cutely , it felt surreal yet knew that it was actually happening! The evening was just perfect; they were excited about the future together. It felt so good and right ,a feeling that they never felt before..they knew they were meant to be ..
Suman went to sleep hugging her pillow cutely smiling shyly not knowing how she got the courage to claim him but it all seemed coming from her heart and couldn't stop herself, she was in love with him . Shravan went in his room with a boyish grin , he couldn't believe that they were finally an official couple! Something he wanted for a long time and was so happy the way she reciprocated to his feelings, he finally felt at peace after so long .
