Shravan was boxing with his bleeding hand when the power turned off, he just want to hurt himself till he doesn't feel any pain. He kneels on the floor thinking his life have become dark and there is no hope of any light from any where.

Just then Suman enters with the candle, she sees him kneeling down on the floor.

Shravan!! she screams. He's just surprised to see her and can't even react. He is stunned looking at her, she looked so beautiful in that red lehenga that he was mesmerised, and in this dim light of the candle, her face glows like thousand fire flies. His heart skips a beat. She was here, his only hope of light, his sunshine. She pulls him up and takes his gloves out, he looks at her all worried then he trances back to reality, he pulls his hand away from her upwards hitting her forehead and dropping her maang tika in the process.

"What are you doing here, go away, I don't need you or your help"

"I know you don't need me, I'll leave after I bandage your hand" says Suman trying to hold his hand back. He moves away.

"Your fiance would not like it"

"I don't care"

"Oh yes Miss Suman Tiwari doesn't care about anyone" he moves his hand pushing her again.

Just then the light comes back, he looks at her, her forehead filled with his blood, he doesn't know what to say. He stares at her, "what's wrong" she questions.

"You have blood on your forehead", he saying trying to wipe it off, but she stops him. It's OK I'll clean it later she says.

"Ab bilkul hilna mat, jab tak main bandage nahi kar deti", this time Shravan listens. He watches her intently as she takes off glass shards from his hand with the tweezer one by one as some are deep in the skin as he started boxing after hurting himself.

"Does she care about me? He thinks.This is my last chance to ever know or even be close to her. He pulls a bit in pain, she gets worried and looks at him, he sees pain in it, a very familiar one, just like his. But then why is she doing this?

Back in the house, Aditya is surprised that Suman was not there. He calls her on the phone, but her phone rings on the couch behind him. Vandy says maybe Suman left, she was asking for the driver. She winks to Kamini.

"You go and rest now Aditya, you can meet your fianc in the morning" teased Kamini.

He smiles and goes to the guest room.

"Job done Mummy ji", smiles Vandy indicating Suman was in the basement and she locked the door from outside. She also calls Tiwari Killa to inform Suman will be back in the morning.

Shravan looks at Suman as he's confused, watching her so closely, she doesn't look happy. If she want to marry Aditya, why her eyes speak otherwise. He remembers when Preeti's wedding was fixed, she was so happy that her face said it all. But Sumo looks far from happy. I need to find out.

"Done. Don't hurt yourself again"

"Why do you care"

"You are my best friend, at least for me you still are"

"Then why did you hide something so big from your friend"

"What did I hide"

"That you love Aditya"

"I don't lo... It was very sudden. I don't want to talk about it"

Was she saying she doesn't love Aditya. Then why is she marrying him.

She turns around to leave. "Damn!! What do I do now, I need my answers".

"Would you not dance with me" he grabbed her hand and turned her around crashing her into his chest. I will be gone tomorrow.

Shravan!!! She gasped as he hold her bare waist trying hard not to melt down. "Mujhe dance nahi karna Shravan", I'm tired. I need to go, she said while walking towards the door. Shravan was upset. She looked back once before reaching the door. She tried to open it but it was locked from outside. Door is locked she said, a small smile crept on his face that he instantly changed into a frown. He tried to open the door hoping it's really locked from outside.

I think Kamal ji had locked it before leaving for his home said Shravan in a cheeky sound.

My phone is outside, do you have your phone?

"No, it's in the car".

Let's keep knocking and calling for help, someone might hear us.

I think everyone must be sleeping except Pushkar and Preeti, only if you want to disturb them then go ahead.

Suman gulped. What do we do now? She started sweating now.

Let's Dance

Shravan!! Chodo Mujhe, "why do you just dance with Aditya now"? You don't like anyone else coming close to you anymore, not even me?

He wanted to get a reaction from her

He pulled her hard towards himself, she came crashing into him, then he pushed her away.

This was so overwhelming for her, her emotions, his proximity, her wedding decision, nanu's health, Aditya forcing to confess and on top of this she had not eaten anything all day, all this made her dizzy and when he pulled her back again she felt dizzy and just collapsed in his arms.

Sumo!! He screamed as she was slipping down from his hands but he managed to lift her up before she could fall.

"I'm sorry Sumo, sab meri wajah se hua, Sumo please uth jao"

He put her down and sprinkled some water on her face, she looked pale as if she had not eaten or slept for days. He picked her up in her arms and sat down on the floor. He remembered her accident, and days after that and that made him panic.

Sumo!! Sumo!! Please aankhen kholo.

She moved a bit and as she opened her eyes, she saw Shravan looking down her with so much worry and pain. He found helplessness in her eyes. She closed them again to regain some strength as she is going to loose him forever. He hugged her and kissed her head.

I cannot let her go. One thing's for sure, she is not happy, but what is she hiding and why?

Why did you leave your phone Suman? I miss you so much, blushed Aditya thinking about Suman when he remembered her phone. He checked her phone only to shock himself. He just found her pics with Shravan, there were no other pics in her phone, not even his selfie that he sent today. Did she delete his pic? He questioned himself. They look so much at ease with each other, I never saw them like this before. He now knew they both were more than best friends, and also the reason for her not to confess.

Shravan was getting more worried now. "Should I take her to the hospital now or wait" he thought as he was getting restless by each passing second. Just then she opened her eyes, that brought a smile on his face. Suman knew he must been worried the whole time.

"I'm sorry" she said trying to free herself from his hold.

"Are you OK" he asked moving and making her sit next to him. She just nodded in reply. He gave her the bottle, she drank some.

"What happened to you, looks like you have burdened yourself with everyone's responsibilities with Preeti's wedding, with Nanu's health, PCT and now your own wedding with Aditya", her eyes that were lowered snapped up as he said that and then turned around. You don't look happy with this alliance. "I'm happy" she shot back. Aditya is a nice guy. If you say so..smirked Shravan. He was expecting this. He knows her very well. "I just need to make her talk".

Ok tell me about Aditya Suman, how is he? When did this happen? Suman gulped, she didn't know what say.

"How do we get out of here? She asked instead.

We have to wait till morning.

He hugged her as tight as he could just repeating I love you as many times as he could, she hugged him and responded in same way.

They broke the hug and looked at each other and smiled.

Suddenly Suman was quite. I'm scared Shravan". You don't have to, I will set things right.

He held her face with both hands, slowly bent down and kissed her eyes.

He then kissed her forehead, then her cheeks and then stopped for her to open her eyes,she smiled and lowered her eyes. He hold her chin and lift her face with tears in his eyes. Shravan!! She questioned?

Her heart skipped a beat but then started beating double time. He paused to see her reaction, all flushed, he took her lips again passionately this time, like they were both ready for it. They have been longing for this and the way they both kissed was as if reminding each other how much they wanted this forever.

Finally they stopped to breath. Both smiled with their forehead still together. Sumo marry me right now, he said.

How can we marry now? She asked still panting.

Look I filled your forehead with my blood even though it was accidental, then I put this chain in your neck, we just have to take pheras, we can take it around the candle here, he said still holding her hand.

You've lost it!! Whacked Sumo. It doesn't happen this way. I want a proper wedding with all the rituals. But first how do we convince Nanu?

You leave that on me, I know Nanaji will understand, and I'm not going to take any chance, I will talk to Nanaji in the morning itself. He loves me. He will agree.

Finally done!!! How was it guys. I know its kinda lenghty, but I wanted to cover everything. This was in my mind since PreeKar wedding, but didnt think of penning it down. But I'm glad I did. This did me a confidence to write more. So don't be surprised if I'm back with yet another story. I want to keep trying till I'm good at it.
