Clarification - Sumo is not pregnant, she made that clear in a previous episode.
Shravan 's POV
Sumo - mm.. par mujhe toh tum pasand ho.. haan thode se.. bas thode se khadoos ho.. but I really really love...*and here I go, I have been dying to kiss that pretty mouth since days, I love you so so much*
Wait what .. (a wave of nausea hits her just as I was about to kiss her. She pushes me and dashes towards the washroom.)
Sumo - Oww Oww.. Shravan
Classic Sumo, ye ladki kabhi dekh kar chalegi (He picks her up and rushes to the washroom he holds her hair back and runs his hand soothingly on her back as she empties the contents of her stomach..)
Shravan - Sumo, you okay? Oh god you vomited on your PJ's, come here.
(He picks her up and makes her sit on the edge of the bathtub. He takes off her PJ's and cleans her up with a wet towel...He takes off his T Shirt so that she can wear it.)
Sumo ye lo, acha haath upar karo, kya karun main.. jaldi, thand hai..
Sumo - ummm*.. Kya karun haath kya karun..haan thand.. kya karun..acha haath upar.. school punishment.. haha.. haath upar.. warna goli.. Hmm (with knitted eyebrows - touching the gash over his cheek - main chodungi nai.. kit..chot
Shravan - Haan Sumo mat chodna, (pulling her hands up so that she wears the t shirt properly) abhi haath isme daalo.. (He somehow manages to dress her. He picks her up and comes back to the room. He takes her to the bed, she lies down and he pulls the covers over her) -
Sumo achhe se odho, thand hai
Sumo - haath upar.. Shravann! ( Suddenly she pulls him to her and kisses him.. He tries to resist at first but then gives into the kiss and kisses her back )
Shravan beta aaj toh tera lucky day hai, madam ne kaha I love you, mm, her hands are in my hair, Sumo Sumo kya kar rahi ho, no, don't. stop. kissing me there.. Ok acha nahi manogi, theek hai, Sumo!. . I just can't resist her anymore, dekha jayega. Sumo don't blame me in the morning...
Next morning
Sumo and Shravan go to the hospital to meet Nanaji. They are watching him from outside the ICU.
Doctor - No, you can't meet him today. He is unable to recognise people and he gets tensed as a result. It's bad for his heart you know.
Sumo gets very upset.
Shravan - Sumo, pareshan mat ho, ek do din me jab wo better feel karenge tab mil lena. Chalo hum kahin bahar chalte hain.
They go to the Wilis Towers to enjoy a panoramic view of the city and also have some corn dogs and popcorn mix before they head home.
They reach home. Rachna Maasi and Dabboo are sitting in the living area.
Dabboo - Shravan jiju, Suman didi, aap log dadu se milke aa gaye, kaisey hain dadu?
Shravan - better hain abhi, par abhi kuch dino tak unse koi mil nahi payega, doctor ne mana kiya hai.
Dabboo - Oh, main toh abhi jaane wala tha :(
Sumo (clearly sad) - koi baat nahi Dabboo, jab doctor allow karenge toh hum saath me chalenge
Maasi - Chalo lunch karte hain
Shravan - maasiji hum logon ne toh bahut idhar udhar ka kha liya toh bhukh nahi lagi hai, please aap log khana kha lijiye.
Dabboo - Shravan jiju mujhe aapko kuch dikhana hai
Shravan - Haan chalo
They go down to the garage, there is a shiny new sports bike
Shravan - wow!
Dabboo - me and my friends modified this one, try karoge.
Shravan - Sure. Calls Sumo - Sumo come downstairs right now and dress warmly.
Sumo - kyun?
Shravan - ye sab baad me tum niche aao bas.
She comes downstairs. Shravan is already on the bike.
Shravan and Dabboo - Surprise!
Dabboo hands out a helmet to Sumo. She smiles and hops on the bike.
Shravan takes her arms and wraps them around his waist - Hold tight Sumo! He says over the blaring engine and takes her for a ride along the Chicago river. They stop by near the millenial park to give ice skating a shot but Sumo keeps on failing despite Shravan 's attempts to teach her. They then stop by at the Chicago Bean to grab some food and take some selfies before heading back home. Sumo' s mood is quite better by now.
They reach home. Shravan gives the keys of the bike to Dabboo and whispers - Thanks dabboo,
Dabboo - Anytime jiju, anything for Suman di.
Shravan and Sumo head upstairs to their room. They are lounging on the couch watching TV. Shravan has his arm around Sumo 's shoulder. He closes his eyes and lies back as he is tired and jet lagged.
There is a facetime call, Sumo picks it up.
Shiv - Hello mumma, haha papa kitne funny lag rahe hain ( Shravan is sleeping with his mouth slightly open)
Sumo - (faking anger) - Shiv, acha aaj mere baby ne kya karname kiye
Nirmala joins in, Shreya is also with her.
Nirmala - kuch khaas nahi beta, aaj school me inspection tha aur isne school inspector ko washroom me band kar diya.
Shreya - laughing uncontrollably - Haan aunty aur isliye isko double homework mila hai.. Haha
Sumo - Shiv, maine kitni baar kaha hai, koi iss tarah se sabko pareshan karta hai kya?
Shiv - mumma maine socha washroom me Pulkit hai.
Sumo - toh bhi ye bilkul bhi achi baat nahi hai ab jao apna homework karlo.
Shravan half awake mutters - maa se seekha hai, jab dekho tab logon ko bathroom me band kar deti hai.
Sumo - Shravan! nudges him with her elbow
Shravan - Oww Sumo
Nirmala laughs - tum dono bhi na.
Shravan (scoots closer to Sumo and puts her head on her shoulder) - Hello ma, kaisi hain aap. (Sumo shifts, he scoots even closer)
Nirmala - main theek hu, Tiwari ji Kaise hain?
Shravan getting even more cosy - better hain maa, par abhi thode din doctor ne milne se mana (Sumo pushes him so that he sits straight, he lounges back on her) kiyaa hai.
Shiv screams - Daadi!
Nirmala - phir kuch gadbad kar di, main dekhti hun. Ok..
