suman's reasons are understandable, but if you see the manner in which she has communicated with him, then it has been done very poorly... shravan is not that difficult or unreasonable that she cannot communicate respectfully or politely with him...she is abrupt... she doesn't show up when he wants to meet her and when he is looking for an explanation... she doesn't apologize for making him wait, but instead behaves rudely with him... that is ego.. she has a side to her that she has helped her family, but treating a friend so poorly is simply not done...if she has self-respect, so do others.. why can't she be aware of that? shravan is no angel... the guy has flaws, but in most of the communication between the two it is suman who continues to do an extremely poor job... when he is attempting to talk to her instead of putting her pride aside and having a normal conversation she behaves rudely with him... when he is rude and mean then she remains silent and her self-respect goes out the window..

suman to her family is selfless and giving, but as a friend she treats her friend rudely and defends her behaviour as self-respect...

So it is assumed that aditya paid for the plot to malhotras.. He also found an investor who would probably pay the rent to himself.. Badically he just i troduced an additinal layer to collect the profit share from sumo and pass it on to himself as rent ... I dont see any poblem in this...
I think there will be a conflict with aditya as pct land will be owned by him now that the marriage is broken. Shravan did not give the plot to aditya for free that i am sure. It is just that they didnot show all the formalities

All she needed was a semblance of contract. It took Adi 1 min to convince her. If she was really about self respect she would have made sure Shravan wasn't involved but she accepts his involvement and hence simply ego. CVs failed to show it as otherwise.

If you look at her monologue later, it shows that she thought that Adi must have gone to Shravan with the investor idea and Shravan gave PCT( she doesn't know he gave it for free) to Aditya so she could benefit from this investor deal.

Why should she have a problem with Shravan being involved if it was like a bussiness deal? She even took help from Shravan as a lawyer earlier during Tiwari Killa case, but paid him later.

Essentially she admits that Shravan is involved in the whole thing. If she didn't accept help when directly offered, why would she accept indirect help.

When initially Shravan offered she could have simply said i can't accept for free instead let's have proper contract where I pay monthly installments like any other business deal.

It's ego when she doesnt even try to think of alternate methods and refuses immediately.
