I am sorry I beg to disagree...Aditya's character was more than flawed...it was grey...He was a sort of a serpent who lied at will to gain access to whatever he desired. But, it was not merely lying to seek advantage for oneself..it was the fact that he lied to make the other person feel diminutive in stature...that was cruel.
His perspective has been more to interfere, to disrupt and to enjoy a sadistic pleasure in ruining both SS and Shravan-Nirmala relationship.
He lied during the PCT thing to both SS and when he had done his part he went on to claim to Shravan...that you are no longer the special one but I am...thats an act of cruelty and meanness...He never mentioned the role of investors to Shravan. To his mother, Nirmala, he said Sumo had accepted his gift...when the reality was she had accepted a business proposal.
And whats more he went on to claim to his mother...that now she had accepted my gift..so, she could be mine. So, Sumo in fact, turns out to be a trading object. I wish he had said the same thing to Sumo..that you accept this PCT and in return you have to marry me...Then it would have been great to see Sumo's retort...
His gifting her the lehanga was also a means to secure Sumo in a web of favours and debts...He has lied so often...it comes as a surprise that this man says...I hate lies.
To Nirmala, he went on to say that her son hates everyone and everything...he is not her son...That's not really the handiwork of a nice man. His mother was distraught and he goes ahead and makes her feel her more uncomfortable...an act of despicable meanness...
When he was unable to force out a confession from Sumo during PP wedding...he realized that he required this announcement to be made public...so, that she couldnt escape from this relationship. And whats more, that man had the audacity to say...you are responsible for this...
And furthermore, this man tried to draw a wedge in PP relationship...when he tried to force Pushkar into committing a mistake...again, the web of lies that he spun was cringeworthy...I am only taking them in the direction of what they desire the most...Pushkar was getting married and he was taking him away from that dream which Pushkar has treasured in his heart...an act of a nice man!😡🤢
Aditya is a man whose grey shades were foregrounded from the day he entered the show...
There are numerous other instances...but, I shall leave it that
The writing will be bad if they show him turning negative just for the heck of it..or because he has not been able to secure his object...Sumo
Because they need to provide certain answers as to why Aditya feels no remorse at all in ruining a mother's image for her real son...from whom she has been separated for long.
