Is there really an investor, or is it a lie by Aditya?

That's not quite clear...

Also, I had a thought... Everyone keeps blaming how Aditya could think of an innovative way but not Shravan.

A few things that caused this

Aditya is raised by Nirmala, so he understands this concept of "self respect" through her eyes.
Shravan understands Sumo's self respect and nature so much better, so he respects her boundaries. When he asserts himself in her life, for example during the accident, he does it with full haq, and he always thought he had that haq to give PCT to Sumo too, but just at the right time. Yes, he is raised by Ram who has a different concept of self respect or ego, which also plays games with Shravan.
Shravan has always offered to help Sumo, but also always backed out when it came to her self respect. Ofcourse, he has been a bit rude and sarcastic to her, but so has Suman been like that to him. She has given him mixed signals too and their history is that she used him and dumped him. When we look at flashbacks, its not that Sumo didnt care for or contribute in the relationship - she always did, but because she always has been this jhalli impulsive person who didnt realize his feelings then, she hurt him and he was always the more intense types.
Aditya and Sumo do not have this "history", they have a clean slate, and his only objective is to help Sumo to get Sumo. Even in helping her with the papers today he sees that as a signal that if she doesn't take it from Shravan but him, she must definitely be ready to be his wife.
Unfortunately ShraMan have a web of mistakes, misunderstandings and Shravan has always overcome all of Suman's shortcomings and said every single time, yes she is like this but my love for her is stronger. Yes, he is emotional, manipulated by Ram and yet time and again, he keeps coming back to Sumo.
In a way, Sumo is the one who needs to grow up a bit - and understand this aspect of Shravan. Sadly so our creatives suffer from amnesia so they are making her very inconsistent and now Adi-Suman marriage talks are going to break my heart and Shravan's...

This is a question only for us who can think logically ! Sumo's brain size.. If we don't discuss.. It's better!

I think at some point the show got extension and to accommodate for that CVs lost their track here and there. I am guessing here.

I also thought he made up the investor part but some my friends here think there is one. So don't really know.

And Adi- how simple his thought process? Taking PCT= She wants to marry me??

Tonu...question is why does Adi believe in this equation of pct= she marries me/loves me. What gave him this idea in the first place? Also, even Pushkar said you have only known Sumo for four days...how comes he has understood about the importance of a pct in such a short span of time? Ofc, he is an observant guy one can say but then he should have known and understood the dynamics of SS...Or he did and yet, did not back out?

Coming to the question of an investor...I do believe there is one. Why? Even in the very first coffee date he had with Sumo, he was asking pointed questions about pct and had then also said that he knew few things about pct beforehand. We know that Nirmala has hardly told him anything about a Sumo or Shravan. Then from where is Adi drawing his knowledge from?

But, just one comment. You have mentioned Adi as having been raised by Nirmala and Shravan as having been raised by his father. I would like to disagree on this point. Because the formative years of our life is before the age of 10. And here, Nirmala entered Ahuja household not before Adi was at least 15 years of age. Considering that even Sumo was in her high school...

Shravan is an outcome of both his parents...and the doubts and his insecurities stem from that particular event in school ten years back compounded with his mother leaving. Yet, a person who hates his mother nevertheless, does acknowledge Chachi in the role of a mother, Adi's invisible mother and ofc, he was the one who cleared Sumo's mother's name...

Sumo is a girl with a golden heart and she implicitly trusts everyone...but, at times this heart of hers does lead to problems ...The best quality of Sumo is that she can forgive even the basest of characters or persons who have meted out wrong to her...which also includes Shravan.

Aditya is a person who is using his circumstances at will...manipulating and twisting it to suit his purpose...Here, boundaries do not matter what matters is the end or the target...

You know for me two persons can be that invisible investor...the first one makes sense and yet, a question remains. But, the second one is pretty interesting...wonder which route the cvs are taking

And the way he has twisted or manipulated this whole PCT deal- He definitely does not understand any version of self respect (other than having the perfect way of creating a "mirage" for sumo in which she gets her PCT without losing her respect). And his concept of PCT=Suman is again something that is absolutely baffling. He has seen the undercurrents between ShraMan, even after Suman told him they are just childhood friends- And still he chooses to purposely drill the "I am more special" line to Shravan. Point is- How and when did Sumo indicate that he was "special" in any which way? Even the PCT papers were orchestrated in such a way that there are very few chances that she would not accept- if it meant that investors were paying for it because of her good work.

The thought I had was, the investor is either entirely fabricated by Aditya, or if there is- It is the one person who has everything to gain from another major PCT issue between ShraMan. Question remains- Has aditya been told particular "lies" as well, which makes him so confident in Sumo=PCT.

Yes...you are right. Question is whether he has not understood it. Or he chooses not to understand it...

If he has not understood it...it is still forgivable...one can call him dumb or a meddling guy...but, the way he drilled in to Shravan that I am that special one...makes me think otherwise. When did Sumo give him the indication that he was the special one? In fact, if anything she has always told him to mind his business...

He has been telling lies conveniently...why? Only for Sumo...

But, he just got to meet her...his past connection with Sumo was very brief (they met at an inter-college competition...)..So, his knowledge about Sumo and by analogy Shravan is baffling
